ՀՀ ֆինանսների նախարարությունը պարզաբանում է տարածել տարեվերջյան ասուլիսում հնչեցրած թվային ցուցանիշների վերաբերյալ: «Արմենպրես»-ը ներկայացնում է ՀՀ ֆինանսների նախարարության ներկայացրած պարզաբանումը:
«Մամուլում տեղ են գտել մի շարք հրապարակումներ, որտեղ ՀՀ ֆինանսների նախարարի կողմից տարեվերջյան ասուլիսում հնչեցրած թվային ցուցանիշները և դրա վերաբերյալ մեկնաբանությունները կասկածի տակ են դրվել կամ այլ կերպ են ներկայացվել: Ֆինանսների նախարարությունը այս առումով ևս մեկ անգամ պարզաբանում է.
Ֆինանսների նախարարի կողմից հնչեցրած տնտեսական ակտիվության և տնտեսական զարգացումների ցուցանիշների համար հիմք են հանդիսացել ՀՀ ԱՎԾ պաշտոնական հրապարակումները. այսպես՝ նշվել է, որ գյուղատնտեսության թողարկման ծավալները 2016 թվականի օգոստոսին գրանցել են 9.8 % աճ (օգոստոսը՝ նախորդ տարվա օգոստոսի նկատմամբ), այնուհետև դիտվել են կտրուկ անկումներ. սեպտեմբերը՝ սեպտեմբերի նկատմամբ շուրջ 20 % անկում, հոկտեմբերը՝ հոկտեմբերի նկատմամբ շուրջ 30 % անկում (տես՝ http://armstat.am/file/doc/
Այսպիսի զարգացումը, եթե պայմանավորված լիներ բացառապես տնտեսական գործոններով, ապա, հաշվի առնելով գյուղատնտեսության ճյուղի մրցակցային վիճակը[1] և դա հավաստող նախորդ տարիների օրինաչափությունները, պետք է, որ ականատեսը լինեինք ճյուղի թողարկման գների հակառակ միտմանը՝ աճին:
