Ադրբեջանի սև շուկայում դոլարը շարունակում է թանկանալ

Հունվարի 12-ին Ադրբեջանում մանաթի ամբողջական «լողացող փոխարժեքի» անցնելու վերաբերյալ կենտրոնական բանկի հայտարարությունից հետո Ադրբեջանի սև շուկայում դոլարը սկսել է ավելի բարձր սահմանաչափերի հասնել:
Այս մասին հայտնում է ադրբեջանական azadliq.info լրատվական գործակալությունը:
Գործակալության հաղորդմամբ՝ Ադրբեջանի սև շուկայում դոլար-մանաթ փոխարժեքը հասել է 1,85 և ավելի մանաթի:
Ադրբեջանի իշխանությունները չեն կարողանում պատշաճ կերպով վերահսկել սև շուկան, և ադրբեջանական փորձագետների կարծիքով ստեղծված իրավիճակում վերահսկողությունը ավելի կթուլանա և դոլարի փոխարժեքը սև շուկայում կշարունակի նոր ռեկորդային սահմանաչափեր գրանցել:
Ադրբեջանի Կենտրոնական բանկի որոշմամբ հունվարի 12-ից Ադրբեջանի առևտրային բանկերի վրայից հանվել է արտարժույթի փոխանակման կանխիկ և անկանխիկ գործառնությունների ժամանակ բանկի կողմից փոխարժեքի սահմանման հարցում պաշտոնական փոխարժեքի համեմատ +/- 4 տոկոս սահմանաչափը, ինչը ադրբեջանական փորձագետների հաղորդմամբ` բանկերին հնարավորություն կտա փոխարժեքի ինքնուրույն սահմանումների միջոցով մրցակցել սև շուկայի հետ, ինչն էլ իր հերթին կհանգեցնի նրան, որ բանկերը նույնպես կամայական բարձրացումներ կկատարեն:
Ադրբեջանը հունվարի 12-ից ամբողջովին անցել է մանաթի «լողացող փոխարժեքի», ինչը նշանակում է, որ մանաթի հետագա ճակատագիրը պայմանավորված է լինելու արտաքին գործոններով, որոնցից է հիմնականում նավթի գինը, ինչի վրա Ադրբեջանի ազդեցության աստիճանը զրոյական է:
Ադրբեջանական փորձագետների փոխանցմամբ` ազգային արժույթի արագընթաց անկումը կշարունակվի նաեւ 2017 թվականին:
