Իրան–Հայաստան երկաթուղին չի կառուցվի

Կառավարության այսօր կայանալիք նիստի օրակարգում ներառված է «Երկաթուղու շինարարության տնօրինություն» ՓԲԸ–ն լուծարելու մասին որոշման նախագիծը: Իսկ այս ընկերության հիմնական գործառույթը, ինչպես գրված է նախագծի մեջ՝ հարավային երկաթուղու երկաթուղային գծերի նախագծման և կառուցման նկատմամբ վերահսկողությունն էր: Ինչից հետևում է, որ դեռևս 2008 թ. Սերժ Սարգսյանի կողմից արված հայտարարությունն այն մասին, թե առաջիկա տարիներին կկառուցվի Իրան–Հայաստան երկաթուղին, այդպես էլ իրականություն չի դառնա՝ անկախ այն հանգամանքից, թե որքան ներդրումներ և ծախսեր է այն իրենից պահանջել: Իսկ դրանք ահռելի են: Նշենք, որ չորս տարի առաջ մեկնարկած ծրագիրը, այն է՝ «Հայաստանի հարավային երկաթուղի» և «Հայաստանի հարավային արագընթաց ճանապարհ» ծրագրերը միասին արժեցել էին 3 միլիարդ ԱՄՆ դոլար: Այդ ժամանակ հայտնվել էր «Ռասիա» ՖԶԷ ընկերությունը, ով դարձել էր կոնցեսիոներ:
Ըստ նախագծի՝ ներկայում գործընկեր՝ կոնցեսիոներ «Ռասիա» ՖԶԷ ընկերության հետ բանակցությունները անորոշ ժամանակով ձգձգվում են, ուստի նպատակահարմար է Հայաստանի Հանրապետության տրանսպորտի, կապի և տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների նախարարության «Երկաթուղու շինարարության տնօրինություն» փակ բաժնետիրական ընկերությունը լուծարել:
Հիշեցնենք, որ այս ընկերությունը ստեղծվել է ՀՀ կառավարության 2009 թ. օգոստոսի 6–ի թիվ 1009–Ա որոշմամբ: Ընկերության գործունեության հիմնական ուղղություններն են երկաթուղային գծերի նախագծման և կառուցման հետ կապված աշխատանքների կազմակերպումը, երկաթուղային գծերի նախագծման և կառուցման նկատմամբ վերահսկողությունը, երկաթուղային գծերի նախագծման և կառուցման աշխատանքների որակի վերահսկումը, կատարված աշխատանքների ընդունումը և դրանց շահագործման հանձնումը:
