 ՀՀ վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանն էներգետիկ ենթակառուցվածքների և բնական պաշարների, տնտեսական զարգացման և ներդրումների նախարարներին հանձնարարեց ՀՀ հանրային  ծառայությունները կարգավորող հանձնաժողովի հետ համագործակցելով ուսումնասիրել և եռամսյա ժամկետում ՀՀ Կառավարության աշխատակազմ ներկայացնել «Հայաստանի Հանրապետության էներգետիկ համակարգի մինչև 2036 թ. զարգացման ուղինե րը» ծրագրում անհրաժեշտ փոփոխություններ կատարելու առաջարկություն`  նպատակ դնելով  նվազագույն գնով էլեկտրաէներգիայի արտադրությունը:

«Ելնելով դրանից՝ կարևորում ենք տարածաշրջանային երկրների հետ բանակցությունների ակտիվացումը և ներքին հնարավորությունների օգտագործումը և դրա արդյունքում տարածաշրջանի երկրների հետ էլեկտրաէներգիայի առևտրի հնարավորությունների ընդլայնումը», -«Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ, ասաց վարչապետը:

Նրա խոսքով՝ պետք է հաշվի առնել ՀՀ տնտեսության զարգացման միտումները, համաշխարհային շուկայում վառելիքի գների փոփոխության տենդենցները, դեպի Իրան և Վրաստան էլեկտրահաղորդման նոր հզորությունների կառուցման ուղղությամբ էլեկտրաէներգետիկական համակարգում իրականացող լայնածավալ ներդրումները, ինչպես նաև հաշվի առնելով վերականգնվող էներգետիկայի  զարգացման և դրանից բխող` հանրապետության էներգետիկ անկախության ամրապնդման, էներգետիկ անվտանգության, էներգետիկ համակարգի հուսալիության աստիճանի բարձրացման անհրաժեշտությու նը:

«Խոսքը նրա մասին է, որ մենք ժամանակին պետք է ունենանք ծրագիր՝ հասկանալով, թե ինչ հզորությունների կարիք ենք ունենալու, ինչ հնարավորություններ ենք ունենալու արտահանելու, և այդ իսկ առումով կունենանք հստակ ծրագիր ինչպես ենք գնում առաջ»,- ասաց Կարեն Կարապետյանը:
