ԿԸՀ-ն ԱԺ կուսակցությունների միջև բաշխեց ՏԻՄ ընտրություններին հանձնաժողովների նախագահի և քարտուղարի պաշտոնները

Կենտրոնական ընտրական հանձնաժողովն արտահերթ նիստում Ազգային ժողովում խմբակցություններ ունեցող կուսակցությունների միջև բաշխեց 2017թ. փետրվարի 12-ին հանրապետության մի շարք մարզերում կայանալիք ՏԻՄ ընտրություններին ընտրական հանձնաժողովներում նախագահների և քարտուղարների պաշտոնները:
Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, փետրվարի 12-ին տեղական ինքնակառավարման մարմինների ընտրություններ են նախատեսված Արագածոտնի մարզի Բազմաբերդ, Արարատի մարզի Նոյակերտ, Արմավիրի մարզի Վարդանաշեն, Գեղարքունիքի մարզի Դարանակ, Սեմյոնովկա և Արծվանիստ, Կոտայքի մարզի Նուռնուս, Շիրակի մարզի Ախուրիկ, Արևիկ և Սյունիքի մարզի Վարդավանք համայնքներում: Շիրակի մարզի Արևիկ և Սյունիքի մարզի Վարդավանք համայնքներում ընտրություններն արտահերթ են:
ՀՀ ԿԸՀ նախագահի տեղակալ Արմեն Սմբատյանը նշեց, որ ընդհանուր առմամբ ՏԻՄ ընտրություններ են նախատեսված 10 համայնքներում, որոնցից 7-ում կլինեն համայնքի ղեկավարի, 3-ում` ավագանու ընտրություններ: «Հանձնաժողովը համապատասխան տեղամասային ընտրական հանձնաժողովներում նախագահի և քարտուղարի պաշտոնների բաշխում պետք է իրականացնի Ազգային ժողովում ներկայացված կուսակցությունների միջև: Ընտրություններից երկուսն արտահերթ են և բաշխումն այդ համայնքներում իրականացվելու է առանձին ռեժիմով, քանի որ նախագահի և քարտուղարի պաշտոնը միաժամանակ չեն կարող զբաղեցնել միայն իշխանություն կազմած կամ հակառակը` իշխանություն չկազմած խմբակցությունները: Հիշեցնեմ, որ բաշխումն իրականացվում է ընտրության ավտոմատացված համակարգի միջոցով»,- նշեց Սմբատյանը:
ՀՀԿ-ն առաջիկա ՏԻՄ ընտրություններում կներկայացնի 4-ական հանձնաժողովի նախագահ և քարտուղար, ԲՀԿ-ն` 3-ական, ՀՅԴ-ն չի նշանակի, ՕԵԿ-ը` 1-ական, «Ժառանգություն»-ը` 1-ական, ՀԱԿ-ը` 1-ական:
Նոյակերտ համայնքում տեղամասային ընտրական հանձնաժողովի նախագահ կներկայացնի ՀՀԿ-ն, քարտուղար` ՕԵԿ-ը: Վարդանաշեն համայնքում հանձնաժողովի նախագահ կներկայացնի ՀՀԿ-ն, քարտուղար` ԲՀԿ-ն: Վերին Բազմաբերդ համայնքում հանձնաժողովի նախագահ կներկայացնի ՀՀԿ-ն, քարտուղար` ԲՀԿ-ն: Դարանակ համայնքում հանձնաժողովի նախագահ կներկայացնի ՀՀԿ-ն, քարտուղար ԲՀԿ-ն: Սեմյոնովկա համայնքում հանձնաժողովի նախագահ կներկայացնի ԲՀԿ-ն, քարտուղար` ՀՀԿ-ն: Արծվանիստ համայնքում ձևավորվել է երկու տեղամաս` տեղամասերից մեկում հանձնաժողովի նախագահ կներկայացնի ԲՀԿ-ն, քարտուղար` ՀՀԿ-ն, իսկ մյուսում նախագահ կներկայացնի ՀԱԿ-ը, քարտուղար` ՀՀԿ-ն: Նուռնուս համայնքում հանձնաժողովի նախագահ կներկայացնի ԲՀԿ-ն, քարտուղար` ՀՀԿ-ն, իսկ Ախուրիկ համայնքում հանձնաժողովի նախագահ կներկայացնի ՕԵԿ-ը, քարտուղար` ՀՀԿ-ն: Կուսակցությունները նշված տեղամասերում հանձնաժողովի նախագահներ և քարտուղարներ նշանակելու վերաբերյալ հայտերը Կենտրոնական ընտրական հանձնաժողով պետք է ներկայացնեն 2017թ. Հունվարի 13-18-ը:
ԿԸՀ-ն բաշխեց նաև հանձնաժողովի նախագահների և քարտուղարների պաշտոնները նաև Արևիկ և Վարդավանք համայնքներում, որտեղ անցկացվելու են արտահերթ ընտրություններ: Արևիկում հանձնաժողովի նախագահ կներկայացնի ՀՀԿ-ն, քարտուղար` ՀԱԿ-ը, իսկ Վարդավանքում` նախագահ ՀՀԿ-ն, քարտուղար ԲՀԿ-ն: Այս համայնքներում հանձնաժողովի նախագահների և քարտուղարների նշանակման վերաբերյալ դիմումները կուսակցությունները կարող են ԿԸՀ ներկայացնել հունվարի 23-25-ը:
