Վրաստանը եւ «Գազպրոմ»-ը համաձայնություն են ձեռք բերել Հայաստան գազի տարանցման պայմանների շուրջ

«Գազպրոմ-Էքսպորտ» ԲԲԸ-ի հետ ձեռք բերված պայմանավորվածության համաձայն՝ Վրաստանն անհրաժեշտության դեպքում Ռուսաստանից գազը կստանա ոչ թե հազար խորանարդ մետրը 215 դոլար գնով, այլ 185 դոլարով: Այդ մասին, ինչպես տեղեկացնում Է «Արմենպրես»-ը, հունվարի 11-ին կայացած բրիֆինգում հայտնել Է հանրապետության Էներգետիկայի նախարար Կախա Կալաձեն:
«Կառավարությունը քննարկեց այդ առաջարկը եւ որոշում ընդունեց ձեւակերպել պայմանագիրը: Այդ պայմանագրով, ցանկանում եմ ընդգծել, ռուսական Էներագակիրներից Վրաստանի կախվածությունը չի մեծանում: Փոխվում Է միայն վճարման ձեւը, ինչը նշանակում Է հումքով վճարելուց անցում դրամական վճարման՝ միջազգային պրակտիկային համապատասխան»,- ասել Է Կալաձեն կառավարության նիստից հետո:
«Ինչ վերաբերում Է տարանցման արժեքին, որը պետք Է վճարվի Վրաստանին, այն ամենաբարձրերից մեկն Է եվրոպական երկրների թվում»,- ընդգծել Է նախարարը: Կալաձեն նշել Է, որ «Գազպրոմ»-ի հետ ձեւակերպվելու Է երկամյա համաձայնագիր: «Համաձայնագիրը կարճաժամկետ Է՝ երկամյա, սակայն առաջին տարում հումքով վճարելու ձեւը մասամբ կպահպանվի, իսկ հետո կփոխարինվի դրամական վճարմամբ՝ միջազգային պրակտիկային համապատասխան: Անհրաժեշտության դեպքում, եթե մենք լրացուցիչ ծավալներով գազ ստանալու կարիք ունենանք, գինը 215 դոլարի փոխարեն կկազմի 185 դոլար»,- հÕ �վելել Է Կալաձեն:
«Գազպրոմ-Էքսպորտ»-ի հետ Վրաստանի պայմանագրի ժամկետը, որը վերաբերում Է Հայաստան բնական գազի տարանցմանը, լրացել Է հունվարի 1-ին:
Վրաստանը որպես գազի տարանցման դիմաց վճար ստանում Է Հայաստանին մատակարարվող ռուսական գազի ընդահուր ծավալի 10 տոկոսը: Փաստաթուղթը ձեւակերպվել Է 2016 թվականի ապրիլին՝ վերջին համաձայնագրի ժամկետի լրանալուց երեք ամիս անց: Բանակցությունները ձգձգվել Էին այն պատճառով, որ «Գազպրոմ»-ը պնդում Էր տարանցման դիմաց վճարել ոչ թե գազով, այլ փողով:
Վրաստանը ռուսական գազ չի գնում 2007 թվականից: Հանրապետությանը գազի հիմնական մատակարարն Ադրբեջանն Է, որը 2016 թվականի մարտի սկզբին համաձայնել Է ավելացնել մատակարարումների ծավալը:
