Տնտեսության ոլորտում գործակցության ընդլայնման եւ խորացման, առևտրաշրջանառությունների ավելացման նպատակով Հայաստանը, Իրանը եւ Թուրքմենստանը պատրաստվում են սկսել համագործակցություն, նոր՝ եռակողմ ձևաչափով։
 
 
Այդ հարցը 2017 թ. տարվա առաջին աշխատանքային օրը դարձավ վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանի եւ Հայաստանում Իրանի ու Թուրքմենստանի դեսպանների հանդիպման քննարկման հիմնական թեման։ Խնդրի կարևորությունն առանձնակի շեշտեց նաեւ վարչապետը։
 
– Մենք շահագրգռված ենք զարգացնելու Հայաստան–Իրան–Թուրքմենստան եռակողմ տնտեսական փոխգործակցությունը: Հնարավորություն ունենք ավելացնելու մեր երկրների միջև ապրանքաշրջանառության ծավալի աճը, և 2017 թ. աշխատանքային առաջին օրվա այս հանդիպումը վկայում է մեր համագործակցությանը տրվող կարևորության մասին, դեսպանների հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ հայտարարեց Կ.Կարապետյանը։
 
Առաջին աշխատանքային օրով վարչապետի եւ դեսպանների հանդիպումը խոսում է նաեւ եռյակի համագործակցության հրատապության մասին։
 
 
Հայաստան–Իրան–Թուրքմենստան եռակողմ նոր համագործակցությունը դիտարկվում է առաջին հերթին էներգետիկայի բնագավառում։ Ձեռք բերված պայմանավորվածության համաձայն, առաջիկայում կստեղծվի աշխատանքային խումբ՝ կոնկրետ ծրագրեր քննարկելու համար։
 
 
Ինչպես հայտնի է, Թուրքմենստանը եւ Իրանը տիրապետում են էներգակիրների մեծ պոտենցյալի, իսկ Հայաստանն ունի ոչ միայն դրանց կարիքը, այլև կարող է տարանցման հնարավորություններ ապահովել այլ երկրներ։
 
 
Խոսքը մասնավորապես թուրքմենական եւ իրանական գազի մասին է։ Հայաստանի եւ Իրանի միջև այս ոլորտում համագործակցությունն արդեն ունի տարիների պատմություն։ Թեեւ այն առայժմ սահմանափակվում է գազ–էլեկտրաէներգիա փոխանակումների տեսքով, այնուհանդերձ սպասվում է, որ շուտով այն կտեղափոխվի բոլորովին նոր դաշտ։
Հայտնի է, որ անցած տարվա վերջին Հայաստանն ու Իրանը նախաստորագրեցին Փոխըմբռնման հուշագիր՝ գազի առք ու վաճառքի, տարանցման վերաբերյալ։ Պետք է ենթադրել, որ այն վերաբերում է ոչ միայն իրանական, այլև թուրքմենական գազին։
Չնայած առկա հնարավորություններին, այնուհանդերձ Հայաստանը առայժմ լիարժեք չի օգտվում թուրքմենական էներգակիրներից։ Նոր ձևաչափը ըստ էության, դնում է դրա հիմքերը։ Հայաստանը կարող է Իրանի միջոցով ստանալ թուրքմենական գազը, այն իրացնել ինչպես ներքին շուկայում, այնպես էլ վաճառել այլ երկրների։
 
 
Հատկանշական է, որ էներգետիկ ոլորտում Հայաստան–Իրան–Թուրքմենստան եռակողմ համագործակցության ձևավորման մեկնարկը տրվում է այն պայմաններում, երբ «Գազպրոմը» եւ Վրաստանը չեն կարողանում համաձայնության գալ վրացական գազատարով Հայաստանին մատակարարվող գազի տարանցման գնի վերաբերյալ։
Որքանո՞վ է մեկը կապված մյուսի հետ, ցույց կտա ժամանակը։ Ամեն դեպքում, այդ համագործակցությունը հնարավորություն է տալիս փոխելու Հայաստանին գազի մատակարարման սխեման, եթե Վրաստանը հրաժարվի վերանայել տարանցման պայմանները։
