Հղիության հիմնական «ախտանշանների» (սրտխառնոց, կրծքի մեծացում, աղի սնունդ ուտելու ցանկություն, սննդակարգում սովորությունների փոփոխություններ և այլն) մասին գրեթե բոլորը գիտեն, սակայն շատերը չեն էլ կասկածում, որ միայն այս նշանները չեն, որ վկայում են հղիության մասին: Ձեր ուշադրությանն ենք ներկայացնում հղիության 9 նշան, որոնց մասին շատերը չգիտեն:

·        Ոչ լիարժեք դաշտան. հղիությունը չի երաշխավորում, որ մոտակա դաշտանն ընդհանրապես չի լինի: Երբեմն կարող է թվալ, թե դաշտանը սկսվել է, ուստի հղիության մասին խոսք անգամ լինել չի կարող, սակայն իրականում դա արտադրությունն է, որը կարող է նկատվել հղիության շատ վաղ փուլում: Սակայն ի տարբերություն դաշտանի՝ արտադրությունը շատ քիչ քանակությամբ է, և կարող է դադարել 2-3 օրվա ընթացքում: Բեղմնավորված ձվաբջիջը 5-10 օրվա ընթացքում կպչում է արգանդի պատին և այդ ժամանակ կարող է մի փոքր արյուն արտազատվել: Սակայն այս ախտանշանը կարող է հանդիպել ոչ բոլոր հղիների մոտ, ինչպես նաև կարող է պայմանավորված չլինել հղիությամբ, ուստի հարկավոր է հետևել մյուս նշանների առկայությանը:

·        Պորտից ներքև գտնվող ուղղահայաց գիծը կարող է մգանալ. մաշկի այդ հատվածն անվանվում է «սպիտակ գիծ» կամ linea alba, սակայն հղիության վաղ փուլերին հատուկ հորմոնալ տատանումները կարող են նպաստել այդ հատվածում մաշկի գույնի մգանալուն:

·        Պտուկների շուրջը գտնվող մուգ շրջանակները հղիության առաջին ամսում նույնպես կարող են մգանալ և մեծանալ:

·        Մգանում է այտերի գույնը. այս երևույթն անվանվում է «հղիության դիմակ» և պայմանավորված է լինում հորմոնալ փոփոխություններով: Չնայած, որ սովորաբար այս «ախտանշանն» ի հայտ է գալիս ավելի ուշ, ոմանց մոտ այն կարող է լինել հղիության վաղ փուլերում: Ծննդաբերությունից հետո մաշկի գույնը ձեռք է բերում իր սովորական երանգը:

·        Արգանդի վզիկի սպազմեր. հղիությանն վաղ փուլերում հնարավոր են արգանդի վզիկի սպազմեր, ինչպես դաշտանի ժամանակ:

·        Կորում է սեքսով զբաղվելու ցանկությունը. հղիության առաջին եռամսյակում սա հաճախ հանդիպող երևույթ է, չնայած, որ այն կարող է պայամանվորված լինել նաև այլ պատճառներով (օր.՝ դեպրեսիա):

·        Տեսողությունը մի փոքր աղոտ է դարձել. սա շատ հազվադեպ հանդիպող երևույթ է, սակայն, այնուամենայնիվ, ոմանց հղիության ժամանակ անհանգստացնում է այս «ախտանշանը»:

·        Ուժերի անբացատրելի կորուստ. հղիության ժամանակ կանանց օրգանիզմը հսկայական աշխատանք է տանում նոր կյանք ստեղծելու համար, ուստի հոգնածության զգացումը զարմանալի չէ:

·        Սկզբնական շրջանում քաշը կարող է չփոխվել. առաջին շրջանում կանանց տանջում է տոքսիկոզը և իսկ ճարպերն այրվում են՝ բավարար քանակությամբ էներգիա ապահովելու համար, ուստի կանաց նույնիսկ նվազում է:
