Դաշնակցության վերջին հանգրվանը

Մամուլում այս օրերին քննարկվող թերևս ամենածավալուն թեման ռեյտինգային ընտրակարգով առաջադրումներն ու ՀՀԿ-ի իշխանության վերարտադրմանն ուղղված ջանքերն են: Ուղղակի ակնհայտ է, որ Հանրապետականը լիովին սպառել է իշխանությունը պահպանելու իր ռեսուրսը և բոլորովին նոր մանիպուլյացիաներ է փորձարկում՝ որևէ կերպ քվեների բավարար ռեսուրս ապահովելու համար:
Առաջին կարևորագույն օղակը այս ճանապարհին, իհարկե, ռեյտինգային քվեարկություններն են, որտեղ առավել ընդգրկուն են դառնում թիմակիցների անձնական հեղինակությունն ու որակները: Ցանկացած նորմալ գործարար ու պաշտոնյա ուղղակի փրկօղակ է ՀՀԿ-ի համար, որը ոչ միայն երկրի ներսում զրոյական հեղինակություն ունի, այլև աստիճանաբար կորցնում է իր միանձնյա կառավարումը երկրի քաղաքական կյանքում: Բավական է թվարկել միայն Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի, Սեյրան Օհանյանի, Սամվել Բաբայանի և մի շարք այլ դերակատարների ակտիվացումը այլընտրանքային դաշտում, սրան գումարած Սերժ Սարգսյանի հարաբերական պասիվությունը քաղաքական դաշտում՝ ներքաղաքական քարտեզը լղոզվում է և իշխանության համար դառնում սպառնալից:
Եվ այս պարագայում ՀՀԿ-ն ռեյտինգային ընտրակարգում պետք է կիրառի իր վերջին, ծանր հրետանին: Վերջին շրջանում մամուլում հաճախակի շրջանառվում են տեղեկություններ, որ Արտաշատի քաղաքապետ Արգամ Աբրահամյանը ևս առաջադրվելու է ռեյտինգային ընտրակարգով: Ինքը՝ Արգամ Աբրահամյանը, որևէ կերպ չի արձագանքել այս լուրերին, սակայն այսօր լրատվադաշտը հերթական ուշագրավ լուրը հրապարակեց՝ դաշնակցականները խնդրել են Սերժ Սարգսյանին, որպեսզի Արարատի մարզում քվեները այնպես բախվեն, որպեսզի իրենց թեկնածուն ևս ձայներ հավաքի և քվեների բացարձակ մեծամասնությունը Արգամ Աբրահամյանը չստանա:
Ինչ է ստացվում, 125-ամյա կուսակցությունը հույսը դրել է ողորմածության վրա, ընդ որում, փորձում է որոշակի ձայներ մուրալ մի գործչի հաշվին, ով մեկուկես տարվա ընթացքում որպես քաղաքապետ կարողացել է այնպիսի հեղինակություն ձեռք բերել, որի ընտրվելու հավանականությունը ոչ միայն կասկածի տակ չէ, այլև հաստատված փաստ է համարվում: Ու այս պայմաններում հարյուրքսանհինգամյա զառամյալ ուժը ներկայացնող քաղաքական գործիչների այս սերունդը դեռևս փորձում է քաղաքականության մեջ գոյություն քարշ տալ...
Սա այն դեպքում, երբ դաշնակցականները ՀՀԿ-ի հետ իշխանություն են կիսում և դրսևորվելու բազում հնարավորություններ ունեն: Բայց ոչ, փաստորեն ստիպված են պայքարել երիտասարդ (ինչ խոսք՝ ազդեցիկ) քաղաքապետի ստվերի դեմ:
Ի դեպ, ռեյտինգային քվեարկության այս թոհ ու բոհում, փաստորեն, ուրվագծվում են Հայաստանի ներքաղաքական կյանքի ապագա դերակատարները:
