Косметическая марка Maybelline New York назвала своего нового амбассадора: им стала не очередная модель или актриса, а 25-летний бьюти-блогер Мэнни Гутьеррес. Молодой человек будет рекламировать тушь для ресниц The Colossal Big Shot.

В октябре 2016 года марка CoverGirl объявила своим амбассадором 17-летнего бьюти-блогера Джеймса Чарльза. Теперь же и другой косметический гигант — американский бренд Maybelline New York — решил сделать лицом своей новой туши мужчину, молодого блогера из США Мэнни Гутьерреса.

Гутьеррес в интервью изданию The Guardian признался, что безумно рад своему сотрудничеству с маркой. По его словам, он с детства увлекался мейкапом и всегда мечтал стать визажистом.

«Я хотел играть с подводкой для глаз, в то время как другие мальчики играли в солдатиков», — рассказал новый амбассадор Maybelline New York.

Он завел видеоблог на YouTube в 2014 году, и сейчас его канал регулярно посещают более двух миллионов человек, а в Instagram у блогера более 3 миллионов подписчиков. Мэнни записывает обучающие видео о макияже и выступает за права мужчин пользоваться косметикой. Этот молодой человек умеет рисовать идеальные стрелки, в два счета наклеит накладные ресницы и знает все о контурировании. Просматривая его посты в соцсетях, мы пришли к выводу, что у визажиста точно есть, чему поучиться, но вот готовы ли мы к тому, что с билбордов на нас будет смотреть мужчина с накрашенными ресницами и ярко-розовыми губами, остается вопросом...
