Ավարտվել է որդու կողմից հորն սպանելու դեպքի առթիվ հարուցված քրգործի նախաքննությունը

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Աջափնյակ և Դավթաշեն վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնում ավարտվել է Երևանի բնակիչ Ալավերդի Թումասյանի սպանության դեպքի առթիվ հարուցված քրեական գործի նախաքննությունը: Սպանության համար մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել տուժողի որդուն: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի դեպարտամենտի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապեÖ �ի բաժնից
2016 թվականի հուլիսի 21-ին Երևանի բնակիչ Վ.Թումասյանից հաղորդում էր ստացվել առ այն, որ նույն օրը՝ ժամը 03:00-ի սահմաններում, իրենց բնակարանում հայրը՝ Ա.Թումասյանը, վայր է ընկել, որի հետևանքով ստացել է մարմնական վնասվածքներ: Ահազանգով նշված բնակարան մեկնած շտապօգնության բրիգադը արձանագրել է վերջինիս մահը:
Դատաբժշկի կողմից դիակի զննությամբ հայտնաբերվել են բռնության հետքեր. ախտորոշվել է գլխուղեղի դիֆուզ տրավմատիկ ախտահարում, մեխանիկական շնչահեղձություն, գլխուղեղի և պարանոցի փակ բութ վնասվածք, ողնաշարի կրծքային 1-ին ողի կոտրվածք և այլ վնասվածքներ:
Աջափնյակ և Դավթաշեն վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ Ա.Թումասյանի սպանության դեպքի առթիվ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 104-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով և ձեռնարկված քննչական գործողությունների արդյունքում պարզվել դեպքի մի շարք հանգամանքներ, առերևույթ հանցագործություն կատարած անձի ինքնությունը, սպանության շարժառիթը:
Նախնական քննության տվյալներով՝ 2016 թվականի հուլիսի 20-ին՝ ժամը 23:00-ի սահմաններում, Ա.Թումասյանը կենցաղային հարցերի շուրջ տանը վիճաբանել է որդու հետ, որի ընթացքում վերջինս մի քանի անգամ հարվածել է հոր դեմքի և գլխի տարբեր մասերին՝ պատճառելով տարբեր վնասվածքներ, այնուհետև՝ ձեռքերով սեղմել պարանոցը, առաջացրել մեխանիկական շնչահեղձություն։
Ձեռք բերված ապացույցների համակցությամբ` որդուն մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 104-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով։
Քրեական գործը՝ մեղադրական եզրակացությամբ, ուղարկվել է դատարան:
Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
