Քաղաքագետը ԵԱՀԿ ՄԽ-ի հայտարարությունը անարդար է համարում

Հայկական կողմը պետք է ստիպի ԵԱՀԿ խմբին, որպեսզի հայտարարությունների մեջ հասցեական նշվի մեղավոր կողմը: «Արմենպրես»-ի հետ զրույցում այս մասին նշեց քաղաքագետ Հրանտ Մելիք-Շահնազարյանը:
«Հակառակ պարագայում ստացվում է, որ երկու կողմերն էլ մեղավոր են: Իսկ այս գնահատականները անարդար են և հավասար քննադատություն են պարունակում թե′ հակամարտության կարգավորման հարցը տապալող կողմի համար, թե′ այն կողմի համար, որն ամեն ինչ անում է, որպեսզի խնդիրը լուծվի»,- ընդգծեց Հրանտ Մելիք-Շահնազարյանը:
Քաղաքագետի խոսքով` Ադրբեջանի դիվերսիոն գործողությունների հետևանքով հայկական կողմը ունեցավ երեք զոհ, սակայն ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խումբը երկու կողմերին հավասար մեղադրում է:
Տավուշի մարզի Չինարի գյուղից դեպի հարավ-արևելք ընկած պետական սահմանի հատվածում դեկտեմբերի 29-ի վաղ առավոտյան ադրբեջանական զորքերը ձեռնարկել ենդիվերսիոն ներթափանցման փորձ: ՀՀ զինված ուժերի ստորաբաժանումները չեզոքացրել են ադրբեջանական զորքերինախահարձակ գործողությունները, հակառակորդը հետ է շպրտվել՝ տալով զոհեր ու վիրավորներ, այդ թվում նաև` մեր մարտականդիրքերի հատվածում: Հայկական կողմից զոհվել է երեք զինծառայող:
Դիվերսիոն անհաջող փորձից 12 օր հետո Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահները հայտարարություն են տարածել` նշելով, թե Բաքուն ևԵրևանը շարունակում են մեղադրել միմյանց 2016 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 29-ին հայ-ադրբեջանական սահմանին տեղի ունեցածներխուժման փորձի առնչու թյամբ, ինչի հետևանքով գրանցվեցին մահվան դեպքեր:
