2016 թվականին Ճանապարհային ոստիկանության 2-րդ սպայական գումարտակի 2-րդ վաշտի 1-ին դասակի տեսուչ Արմեն Զաքարյանի ընտանիքում ծնվեցին երկվորյակ տղաներ և նրանց շնորհավորողների մեջ էր նաև իր գործընկերը՝ նույն վաշտի 1-ին դասակի ավագ տեսուչ Նորայր Թադևոսյանը, ով, երբ շնորհավորում էր Զաքարյանների ընտանիքին, Արմենը ձեռքը դրել էր Նորայրի գլխին ու ասել ժողովրդի հայտնի խոսքը՝ «տարոսը քո ընտանիքին»։
Այս տարվա հունվարի 9-ին «Շենգավիթ» բժշկական կենտրոնում Արագածոտնի մարզի Ոսկևազ գյուղի բնակիչ Նորայրի կինը՝ Մարիամը, երկվորյակ աղջիկներ է ունեցել, ու հիմա նրանց հարազատներն իրենց շնորհակալությունն են հայտնում Աստծուն և «Շենգավիթ» բժշկական կենտրոնի բժիշկներին, որ երկվորյակ աղջիկները բարեհաջող են ծնվել։
Ի դեպ, Նորայրն ու Արմենը նապառնիկներ են ու հիմա ողջ Ճանապարհային ոստիկանությունում ու իրենց վաշտում դա դարձրել են բարի լուրի քննարկման առարկա՝ ասելով, որ «նապառնիկներն» էլ երեխաներ ունենալիս իրար չեն զիջում։
