Հոսանքի նոր սակագինը դեռ չի հաստատվել, արդեն խոսում են նոր թանկացման մասին

«Հայկական ժամանակ» թերթը գրում է. «ՀՀ Հանրային ծառայությունները կարգավորող հանձնաժողովը դեռ պաշտոնապես չի հաստատել էլեկտրաէներգիայի նոր՝ ավելի բարձր սակագինը, իսկ էներգահամակարգում արդեն խոսում են նոր թանկացման մասին, որը տեղի կունենա 1,5 տարվա ընթացքում:
Խնդիրն այն է, որ 2016-ին ավարտվում է հայկական ատոմակայանի շահագործման ժամկետը եւ այն պետք է մոտ 200 օրով կանգնի արմատական վերազինման: Այդ ընթացքում ատոմակայանի փոխարեն էլէներգիա մատուցելու են մյուս՝ հիմնականում ջերմաէլեկտրակայանները, որոնց արտադրանքի ինքնարժեքը զգալիորեն ավելի բարձր է, քանի ատոմակայանի արտադրանքինը:
Այսինքն նշված 200 օրերի ընթացքում ՀԷՑ-ը ստանալու եւ բաշխելու է ավելի թանկ էլէներգիա, ինչը չի կարող չանդրադառնալ սակագնի վրա:
Նախնական հաշվարկներով, միայն այս գործոնով պայմանավորված, սակագինը կարող է բարջրանալ առնվազն 5-6 դրամով: Բայց սա դեռ ամենը չէ: Համակարգում նշում են, որ այս տարվա օգոստոսի 1-ից էլէներգիան 6,93 դրամով թանկացնելը չի լուծելու ՀԷՑ-ի վնասների հարցը: Բացառված չէ, որ ՀԷՑ-ի վնասները փակելու համար կարիք լինի սակագինը բարձրացնել եւս 2-3 դրամով: Այս գործոնների ազդեցությամբ՝ սակագինը 2017թ. գարնանը կկազմի 55-57 դրամ 1 կվտ. ժամի դիմաց: Այսինքն մոտակա թանկացումը ընդամենը առաջին փուլն է»:
