Ճգնաժամն Ավրաամ Ռուսոյին հարկադրում է վաճառել իր մերձմոսկովյան առանձնատունը: 47-ամյա արտիստին թանկ է արժենում այն պահելը:
Անցյալ տարվա ամռանն Ավրաամ Ռուսոն երկհարկանի քոթեջ էր գնել մերձմոսկովյան Նովիե Վեշկի ավանում, որը երկրորդ Ռուբլյովկա են կոչում: Բայց նա, հավանաբար, չէր կարծում, որ շուտով ստիպված կլինի հրաժարվել դրանից: Երգչին դուր է եկել ինչպես Մոսկվային մոտ լինելու հանգամանքը, այնպես էլ տների միջեւ բարձր պարիսպների բացակայությունը, ինչն ընդունված է Եվրոպայում եւ Ամերիկայում: Իսկ տունը կառուցված է կանադացի ճարտարապետների նախագծով, ժամանակակից տեխնոլոգիաների կիրառմամբ:
«Բանն այն է, որ տնտեսական ճգնաժամը նաեւ աստղերին է հասել: Ռուսոյի պատվերները քիչ են, համերգները՝ նույնպես: Հայտնիները նույնպես ձգտում են հնարավորինս տնտեսել: Այդ հսկայական տունը պահելու համար մեծ գումարներ են պետք՝ ամսական նվազագույնը 100 հազար ռուբլի: Տարեկան միլիոնից ավելի է ստացվում, իսկ գներն անընդհատ աճում են: Հաշվի առնելով, որ Ռուսոն տարեկան մի քանի շաբաթ է Մոսկվայում լինում, նման ծախսերն անհիմն են, այդ պատճառով նա վերջերս վաճառքի է հանել քոթեջը»,- երգչի՝ Ալեքսանդր անունով ընկերոջ խոսքերն է վկայակոչում StarHit ամսագիրը:
