ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Արմավիրի մարզային քննչական վարչության Վաղարշապատի քննչական բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ երեք անձի մահվան դեպքի առթիվ։ Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի դեպարտամենտի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից:
2017թ-ի հունվարի 8-ին «Վաղարշապատ» Բ/Կ-ից հաղորդում է ստացվել, որ մահացած վիճակում իրենց մոտ է տեղափոխվել16.08.2016թ. ծնված աղջիկ երեխա։ Անմիջապես քննչական-օպերատիվ խումբ է մեկնել երեխայի բնակության վայր՝ Արմավիրի մարզի Մուսալեռ գյուղի Անի թաղամասի թիվ 1-ին շենքի 10-րդ բնակարան, որտեղ հայտնաբերվել են ծնողների` Հրաչ Բաղդասարյանի և Աննա Միսակյանի դիակները։ Երիտասարդ ընտանիքը նշված հասցեում բնակվել է ժամանակավորապես։ Կատարվել է դեպքի վայրի զննություն, որին մասնակցել է նաև բնակարանի սեփականատերը։
Արտաքին զննությամբ դիակների վրա բռնության հետքեր չեն հայտնաբերվել: Նախնական տվյալներով՝ ամուսինները և նրանց մանկահասկ աղջիկը մահացել են շմոլ գազից թունավորվելու պատճառով:
Նկատի ունենալով, որ նյութերում առկա են ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 279-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասով նախատեսված հանցագործության հատկանիշներ՝ Վաղարշապատի քննչական բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ։
Ձեռնարկվում են անհրաժեշտ քննչական գործողություններ՝ երեք անձի մահվան բոլոր հանգամանքները պարզելու, օբյեկտիվ, բազմակողմանի և լրիվ հետատոզումն ապահովելու ուղղությամբ։
