Վիգեն Սարգսյանը հստակ է համարում Չինարիում տեղի ունեցած միջադեպի վերաբերյալ Բորդյուժայի հայտարարությունը

Հավաքական անվտանգության պայմանագրի կազմակերպության գլխավոր քարտուղար Նիկոլայ Բորդյուժայի գնահատականը Չինարի գյուղի մոտակայքում տեղի ունեցած միջադեպի վերաբերյալ շատ հստակ էր: «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ` այս մասին հունվարի 8-ին հանրապետական հավաքակայան այցի ժամանակ նշեց ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարար Վիգեն Սարգսյանը:
«Չինարիում միջադեպի հետ կապված գլխավոր քարտուղարի հայտարարությունը շատ հստակ էր, իսկ գլխավոր քարտուղարը ՀԱՊԿ-ի կարևորագույն ինստիտուտներից մեկն է և նիստերի միջև ընկած հատվածում արտահայտում է ամբողջ կազմակերպության կարծիքը»,-ընդգծեց Սարգսյանը:
Դեկտեմբերի 29-ի վաղ առավոտյան ՀՀ Տավուշի մարզի՝ Չինարի գյուղից դեպի հարավ-արևելք ընկած պետական սահմանի հատվածում, ադրբեջանական զորքերը ձեռնարկել են դիվերսիոն ներթափանցման փորձ: ՀՀ զինված ուժերի ստորաբաժանումները չեզոքացրել են ադրբեջանական զորքերի նախահարձակ գործողությունները, հակառակորդը հետ է շպրտվել, տալով զոհեր ու վիրավորներ, այդ թվում նաև` մեր մարտական դիրքերի հատվածում:
ՀԱՊԿ գլխավոր քարտուղար Նիկոլայ Բորդյուժան արձագանքել է Հայաստանի Տավուշի մարզի հատվածում ադրբեջանական զինուժի կողմից ձեռնարկված դիվերսիոն գործողությանը:
«ՀԱՊԿ քարտուղարությունը խիստ մտահոգությամբ է ընդունել տեղեկությունը Հայաստանի Հանրապետության Չինարի գյուղի մոտակայքում տեղի ունեցած զինված միջադեպի առնչությամբ: ՀԱՊԿ անդամ պետության տարածքում այս գործողությունները դիտարկում ենք որպես սադրանք, մասնավորապես այս տարվա ապրիլին Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Հանրապետությունում բավականին ծանր միջադեպի ֆոնին, որի ժամանակ կիրառվեց ծանր զրահատեխնիկա: Թվում էր, որ երկու կողմերի, ինչպես նաև մի շարք պետությունների գործադրած ջանքերի շնորհիվ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության կարգավորման գործընթացն ի վերջո ավելի կակտիվանա: Սակայն վերջին շրջանում տարածաշրջանից ստացվող տեղեկությունները հրադադարի խախտումների վերաբերյալ, առավել ևս դեկտեմբերի 29-ի միջադեպը, որը հանգեցրել է զինծառայողների մահվան, լուրջ ա նհանգստություն է առաջացնում»,- հայտարարել է Բորդյուժան:
