Բանանով պատրաստվող զարմանահրաշ բնական դեղամիջոցը փորձարկվել է հազի և բրոնխիտի բուժման ժամանակ: Այն օգտակար է ինչպես մեծահասակների, այնպես էլ՝ երեխաների համար:

400 մլ եռման ջուր,
2 հասած բանան
2 թեյի գդալ շաքարավազ կամ մեղր` ըստ ճաշակի (մեղրի դեպքում այն պետք է ավելացնել, երբ խառնուրդը սառչի, որպեսզի մեղրը չկորցնի օգտակար հատկությունները):
Պատրասպման եղանակը. լավ տրորեք բանանը պատառաքաղով կամ գդալով, ավելացրեք շաքարավազը և լավ խառնեք: Խառնուրդի վրա լցրեք եռման ջուրը և թողեք՝ մնա փակ տարայում 30 րոպե: Եթե մեղր եք օգտագործելու, սառչելուց հետո ավելացրեք այն:
Օգտագործման եղանակը. օգտագործելուց առաջ մի փոքր գոլացրեք խառնուրդը: Պետք է խմել օրական 4 անգամ` 100 մլ-ի չափով: Ամեն օր նոր չափաբաժին պատրաստեք: Հազն անցնում է մի քանի օրում:
