Մազի արդուկի վրա առաջացած հետքերը մաքրելու համար խառնեք կերակրի սոդան ջրածնի պերօքսիդի հետ և փափուկ անձեռոցիկով տարածեք արդուկի մակերևույթով: Այնուհետև ևս մեկ անգամ մաքրեք այն՝ ամբողջովին չոր անձեռոցիկով:

Շրթներկը քսելուց անմիջապես հետո շուրթերով թեթևակի լիզեք մատը: Այսպես շրթներկի մնացորդները կմնան Ձեր մատի վրա և չեն քսվի ատամներին:
