Արարատում 56-ամյա տղամարդը խանդի հողի վրա կրակել է կնոջ վրա

Արարատի և Վայոց Ձորի մարզերի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանում Գագիկ Սարգսյանի նախագահությամբ ավարտվել է Վարդան Բ.-ի գործի դատական քննությունը:
56-ամյա Վարդանին մեղադրանք էր առաջադրված տուժողի առողջությանը դիտավորությամբ միջին ծանրության վնաս հասցնելու և ապօրինի զենք-զինամթերք ձեռք բերելու, պահելու համար՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 113 հոդվածի 1-ին և 235 հոդվածի 1-ին մասերով:
Ըստ մեղադրանքի՝ 2013 թվականի ամռանը Վարդան Բ.-ն ապրանքափոխանակություն կատարելու նպատակով գնացել է Արցախի Քաշաթաղի շրջանի Տանձուտ գյուղ:
Ապրանքափոխանակությանը զուգահեռ Վարդանը պրպտել է հին շինությունները, ու դրանցից մեկի մոտից, իր ասելով, պատահաբար գտել է հրազեն հանդիսացող ինքնաշեն թմբուկավոր ատրճանակ՝ ռազմամթերք հանդիսացող յոթ փամփուշտներով հանդերձ:
Զենքն ու զինամթերքը, ըստ մեղադրանքի, Վարդանն ապօրինի տեղափոխել է Արարատի մարզ և պահել է գյուղում գտնվող իրենց հողամասում:
Պահված զենք-զինամթերքը Վարդանին հանգիստ չեն տվել: Առավել ևս, որ նա նախկին կնոջ հետ պարբերաբար վիճել է, կասկածել է, որ նախկին կինը «արտաամուսնական կապ» կարող է ունենալ:
2016 թվականի ապրիլի 10-ի գիշերը՝ ժամը 1-ի սահմաններում, Վարդանը թմբուկավոր ատրճանակով է այցելել նախկին կնոջ տուն: Նա խանդի հողի վրա ատրճանակից երկու կրակոց է արձակել կնոջ ուղղությամբ և նրա առողջությանը պատճառել է միջին ծանրության վնաս՝ առողջության տևական քայքայումով՝ աջ նախադաստակային ոսկրի բաց, բազմաբեկոր տեղաշարժով կոտրվածք, աջ դաստակի հրազենային միջանցիկ վնասվածք:
Ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանում Վարդան Բ.-ն իրեն լիովին մեղավոր է ճանաչել: Նրա միջնորդությամբ գործը քննվել է արագացված ընթացակարգով:
Դատարանը հաշվի է առել, որ Վարդանի խնամքին մեկ անչափահաս երեխա կա:
Վարդան Բ.-ն մեղավոր է ճանաչվել և վերջին հաշվով դատապարտվել է 2 տարի ազատազրկման:
Պատժի սկիզբը կհաշվվի Վարդան Բ.-ին փաստացի կալանքի տակ առնելու պահից, երբ դատավճիռը օրինական ուժի մեջ մտնի:
