Ինչի մասին են վկայում համային նախասիրությունները

Սննդային նախասիրությունները կարող են վկայել ոչ միայն տվյալ ընտանիքի սովորությունների, ընդունված ավանդույթների մասին, այլև շատ բան կարող են ասել առողջական վիճակի վերաբերյալ:
Եթե քաղցրեղեն ուտելու անհագ ցանկություն կա, ապա դա վկայում է նյարդային և մտավոր լարվածության մասին: Գլյուկոզան ակտիվորեն մասնակցում է սթրեսի հորմոնի՝ ադրենալինի արտադրմանը: Եթե քաղցր ուտելու ցանկությունն ուժեղանում է, դրա հետ մեկտեղ խիստ է ծարավի զգացումը, ախորժակը բարձր է և միզարձակումն էլ շատ,պետք է դիմել բժշկի, ստուգել արյան մեջ շաքարի մակարդակը:
Եթե աղի ուտելու անհաղթահարելի ցանկություն կա, թվում է, թե ուտելիքն անալի է, դա կարող է վկայել օրգանիզմում բորբոքային կամ ինֆեկցիոն կետի առկայության մասին: Աղի ուտելիքի հանդեպ հակումը կարող է նաև ցածր իմունիտետի նշան լինել:
Եթե կծու ուտելու անհաղթահարելի ցանկություն կա, դա կարող է վկայել «ծույլ ստամոքսի» համախտանիշի մասին, երբ ուտելիքը դանդաղ է մարսվում:
Եթե դառնահամ ուտելիքի անհաղթահարելի ցանկություն կա, ապա դա վկայում է օրգանիզմի թունավորված լինելու մասին:Պետք է օրգանիզմի բեռնաթափման օրեր կազմակերպել, մաքրող գործողություններ կատարել:
Եթե թթվահամ ուտելիքի հանդեպ անհաղթահարելի ցանկություն կա, դա կարող է վկայել գաստրիտի մասին, երբ ստամոքսահյութի թթվայնությունը ցածր է:
Տտիպ համով ուտելիքի հանդեպ հակումը վկայում է օրգանիզմի պաշտոնական ուժերի թուլանալու մասին: Տտիպահամ մթերքը նպաստում է մաշկի բջիջների բաժանմանը, վերքերի ապաքինմանը, դեմքի մաշկի գույնի լավացմանը:
