Ադրբեջանի իշխանությունները հրաժարվում են զոհված զինվորի ընտանիքին նպաստ վճարել:
contact.az-ը հայտնում է, որ 1999 թվականին 706-րդ զորամասի զինծառայող Ռաֆայել Ահմեդովը ծառայողական հանձնարարությունը կատարելիս վթարի է ենթարկվել եւ մահացել: Հանգուցյալի ընտանիքը խնդրանքով տարբերի ատյանների է դիմել եւ 10 տարի անց, այսինքն՝ 2009 թվականին Ադրբեջանի նախագահի կնոջ Մեհրիբան Ալիեւայի գրավոր ուղերձի համաձայն Ահմեդովների ընտանիքին փաստաթուղթ է տրվել հանգուցյալին «շեհիդի» պետական կարգավիճակ տալու մասին: Այդ օրից սկսած հանգուցյալի ընտանիքին սկսել են դրամական փոխհատուցում վճարել: Այդ ժամանակ ընտանիքը վրդովվել է, որ իրենց փոխհատուցում չեն վճարել նախորդ 10 տարիների համար, քանի որ հանգուցյալը զոհվել էր 1999 թվականին: Մի քանի տարի հետո Սոցիալական պաշտպանության կենտրոնը դադարել է Ահմեդովներին փող վճարել՝ վկայակոչելով «շեհիդի կարգավիճակի մասին» օրենքում փոփոխությունը: Պետական մարմինների հետ Ահմեդովների ընտանիքի նամակագրությունը վերաճել է դատական վեճի, դատավորները պաշտպանում են պետական գերատեսչություններին, իսկ հանգուցյալ զինծառայողի ընտանիքը սպասում է Մեհրիբան Ալիեւայի գթասրտության կրկնությանը:
