Կախ ընկած փորը շատ կանանց է տհաճություն պատճառում և շատերն են մտածում՝ ինչ հագնել, որ այն չընդգծվի: Այս խնդրի առջև են կանգնում ինչպես գիրուկ, այնպես էլ նիհար կազմվածք ունեցողները: Բանն այն է, որ ավելորդ քաշի և ուռուցիկ փորի միջև ուղիղ կապ չկա: Որովայնի հատվածում ճարպային հատվածի կուտակումը կարող է պայմանավորված լինել նստակյաց ռեժիմով, սխալ սննդով և այլն:
Իսկ ինչպե՞ս թաքցնել այդ թերությունը…
 
Հիմնական օրենքները
 
Իմանալով՝ ինչպես թաքցնել որովայնի թերությունները, շատ հեշտ կլինի կազմվածքին հաղորդել իդեալական տեսք: Ահա մի քանի հեշտ կանոններ, որոնց հետևելով՝ կարող եք հոյակապ տեսք ունենալ:
 
1. Ներքնազգեստի ճիշտ ընտրություն: Երկարավուն, մինչև իրանը հասնող կիպ վարտքիները կարող են շտկել որովայնի չափսերը: Դրանց ոչ այնքան հարմարավետության պատճառով խորհուրդ չի տրվում կրել ամեն օր:
2. Չարժե ուռուցիկ որովայնը թաքցնել մեծ հագուստի միջոցով, քանի որ այդպիսով դուք էլ ավելի գեր կթվաք: Չափից դուրս նեղ հագուստը ևս ձեր կազմվածքին նրբագեղություն չի հաղորդի: Ավելի լավ է կանգ առնել ոսկե միջինի վրա:
3. Հագուստի միջոցով ուշադրությունը շեղեք ձեր կազմվածքի առավելությունների վրա: Օրինակ՝ կարճ շրջազգեստը բարձրակրունկներով բոլորի ուշադրությունը կսևեռի ձեր ոտքերի վրա՝ մոռացության տալով իրանը:
4. Հագուստի ճիշտ ձև: Օբյեկտիվորեն գնահատեք ձեր կազմվածքը և հեշտ կլինի ընտրել ճիշտ ձևի հագուստ: Օրինակ՝ եթե դուք խոշոր եք, ապա ճիշտ կլինի ընտրել հագուստ նախատեսված գեր մարդկանց համար, այն ոչ միայն կթաքցնի թերությունները, այլ նաև կընդգծի առավելությունները:
 
Հաղթանակած տարբերակներ
1. Շոր կամ բլուզ բաց դեկոլտեով, որն ընդգծում է կուրծքը՝ մոռացության տակով որովայնը:
2. Տունիկաներ բարձր իրանով, որոնք ընդգծում են դեկոլտեի հատվածը:
3. Նեղ իրանով ժակետներ, որոնք հասնում են մինչև կոնքերը:
4. Ուղիղ և երկար շրջազգեստներ, որոնք ձգում են կազմվածքը:
