ՌԴ ԱԳՆ-ն առաջարկեց Ռուսաստանում պերսոնա նոն գրատա հայտարարել ամերիկացի 35 դիվանագետների

Ռուսաստանը պերսոնա նոն գրատա Է հայտարարում ամերիկացի 35 դիվանագետների՝ Մոսկվայի դեսպանության 31 աշխատակիցների եւ Սանկտ Պետերբուրգում գլխավոր հյուպատոսարանի չորս աշխատակիցների: Այդ մասին, ինչպես տեղեկացնում Է«Արմենպրես»-ը՝ հղում անելով ՏԱՍՍ-ին, հայտարարել Է ՌԴ արտաքին գործերի նախարար Սերգեյ Լավրովը:
«Մենք, իհարկե, չենք կարող նման արարքներն անպատասխան թողնել, փոխադարձությունը դիվանգիտության եւ միջազգային հարաբերությունների օրենքն Է, -ասել Է նա:- Ուստի Ռուսաստանի ԱԳ նախարարությունը մյուս գերատեսչություններից գործընկերների հետ միասին Ռուսաստանի նախագահի քննարկմանը առաջարկ Է ներկայացրել պերսոնա նոն գրատա հայտարարել Մոսկվայում ԱՄՆ-ի դեսպանության 31 աշխատակիցների եւ Սանկտ Պետերբուրգում գլխավոր հյուպատոսությունից չորս դիվանետների»:
Լավրովը հայտնել Է, որ գերատեսչությունը նաեւ առաջարկել Է արգելել ԱՄՆ-ին՝ օգտվել երկու օբյեկտներից Ռուսաստանի մայրաքաղաքում: Նախարարն ընդգծել Է, որ ԱՄՆ-ի ընտրություններին միջամտելու կապակցությամբ Ռուսաստանին ներկայացվող մեղադրանքներն անհիմն են:
Ավելի վաղ Միացյալ Նահանգները հայտարարել Է Վաշինգտոնից եւ Սան Ֆրանցիսկոյից 35 ռուս դիվանագետների արտաքսման, ինչպես նաեւ Ռուսաստանի նկատմամբ նոր պատժամիջոցներ սահմանելու մասին: Ինչպես հաղորդվում Է, պատժամիջոցները սահմանվել են նախընտրական արշավի ընթացքում իրականացված կիբեռգրոհների կապակցությամբ, որոնց համար Վաշինգտոնը մեղադրել Է Ռուսաստանին:
Ռուսաստանի կիբեռագրեսիայի մասշտաբները ցուցադրելու նպատակով ԱՄՆ-ը նաեւ հանգամանալի զեկույց Է հրապարակել ռուսական հաքերային ենթակառուցվածքի վերաբերյալ: Նախագահ Օբաման նաեւ ընդգծել Է, որ ԱՄՆ-ը հետագա միջոցներ կձեռնարկի:
Պերսոնա նոն գրատա հայտարարված դիվանագետները պարտավոր են ԱՄՆ-ի տարածքից հեռանալ 72 ժամվա ընթացքում:
ԱՄՆ-ի ֆինանսների նխարարության կողմից հրապարակված սահմանափակիչ միջոցները վերաբերում են վեց անձի եւ հինգ գերատեսչությունների, որոնց թվում Է ՌԴ Ավտանգության դաշնային ծառայությունը: Ցուցակում հայտնված անձանց թվում Է Գլխավոր հետախուզական վարչության ղեկավարությունը՝ վարչության պետ Իգոր Կորոբովը, ինչպես նաեւ նրա առաջին տեղակալները՝ Վլադիմիր Ալեքսեեւը եւ Սերգեյ Գիզունովը:
