ՀՀ ՔԿ-ն քրգործի շրջանակներում ադրբեջանական դիվերսիան որակում է որպես «ագրեսիայի ակտ»

Ադրբեջանի զինված ուժերի կողմից ագրեսիվ պատերազմ սանձազերծելու դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի վարույթում քննվող քրեական գործի շրջանակներում ձեռնարկվում են ակտիվ քննչական գործողություններ՝ ադրբեջանական զինված ուժերի՝ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության տարածք ներխուժելու և ռազմական գործողություններ ծավալելու, ՀՀ ՊՆ թիվ N զորամասի պահպանությանը հանձնված «N» մարտական հենակետի անձնակազմի նկատմամբ հարձակում գործելու դեպքի բոլոր հանգամանքները պարզելու ուղղությամբ։
Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի դեպարտամենտի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից:
Դեպքի վայրի զննությամբ ՝ ՀՀ ԶՈՒ մարտական հենակետերից մեկի մոտ հայտնաբերվել է ադրբեջանական ԶՈՒ համազգեստով դիակ, որի ինքնությունը պարզվում է։
Ավելի վաղ տեղեկացրել ենք, որ Ադրբեջանի զինված ուժերի ստորաբաժանումները, դեկտեմբերի 29-ին խախտելով պետությունների և ժողովուրդների խաղաղ գոյատևմանն ուղղված միջազգային իրավունքի նորմերը, Հայաստանի Հանրապետության Տավուշի մարզի սահմանամերձ գոտու` Չինար գյուղից դեպի հարավ-արևելք պետական սահմանի հատվածի պահպանությունն իրականացնող ՀՀ զինված ուժերի մարտական հենակետերը գրավելու նպատակով, 2016թ. դեկտեմբերի 29-ին՝ վաղ առավոտյան, խախտելով Հայաստանի Հանրապետության տարածքային ամբողջականությունը, Հայաստանի Հանրապետության նկատմամբ կատարելո վ «ագրեսիայի ակտ», ներխուժել են ՀՀ տարածք, ծավալելով ռազմական գործողություններ, սանձազերծելով ագրեսիվ պատերազմ՝ զինված հարձակում են գործել ՀՀ ՊՆ թիվ N զորամասի պահպանությանը հանձնված «N» մարտական հենակետի անձնակազմի նկատմամբ։
Ազգային և կրոնական ատելության շարժառիթով զուգորդված՝ ադրբեջանական զինված ուժերի կողմից սպանվել են նույն զորամասի զինծառայողներ ավագ լեյտենանտ Շավարշ Մելիքսեթի Մելիքյանը, շարքայիններ Էրիկ Գարիկի Աբովյանը և Էդգար Գրիգորի Նարոյանը, որից հետո, հանդիպելով մարտական հենակետի և օգնության հասած ստորաբաժանումների դիմադրությանը, նահանջել են:
Դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի ԶՔԳՎ վեցերորդ կայազորային քննչական բաժնում ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 384-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասով և 104-րդ հոդված 2-րդ մասի 1-ին, 7-րդ և 13-րդ կետերով հարուցվել է քրեական գործ, կատարվում է նախաքննություն:
