ՀՀ ՄԻՊ-ը և ՄԱԿ ՓԳՀ հայաստանյան գրասենյակը խորացնում են համագործակցությունը

Հայաստանի Հանրապետության Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպան Արման Թաթոյանը և ՄԱԿ-ի փախստականների հարցերով գերագույն հաձնակատարի (ՄԱԿ ՓԳՀ) հայաստանյան գրասենյակի ներկայացուցիչ Քրիստոֆ Բիրվիրթն ստորագրել են 2017 թվականին նախատեսվող «Հայաստանում փախստականների և ապաստան հայցողների իրավունքների պաշտպանության ոլորտում Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի աշխատակազմի կարողությունների զարգացում» խորագրով ծրագրի վերաբ երյալ համաձայնագիրը:

Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՄԻՊ գրասենյակից, կողմերի միջև ստորագրման արարողությունը է տեղի ունեցել ՄԱԿ-ի երևանյան գրասենյակում: Հաշվի առնելով վերջին տարիների ընթացքում Հայաստանի առջև ծառացած փախստականների ընդունման հետ կապված զգալի մարտահրավերները՝ այս ծրագիրը նպատակ ունի ընդլայնել ՄԱԿ ՓԳՀ-ի և ՀՀ Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի աշխատակազմի միջև առավել վաղ հաստատված համագործակցությունը Հայաստանում տեղահանված բնակչության պաշտպանության հարցում:

Ծրագրով կարևորվում է Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի և աշխատակազմի դերը ոչ միայն Հայաստանի քաղաքացիների, այլև Հայաստանում պաշտպանություն հայցող տեղահանված բնակչության պաշտպանության հարցում: Համագործակցությունը, մասնավորապես, կիրականացվի հետևյալ ոլորտներում՝ ա) Հայաստանում ազատությունից զրկման վայրերում գտվող փախստականների և ապաստան հայցողների իրավունքների պաշտպանության իրավիճակի ուսումնասիրություն, բ) Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի աշխատակազմի կարողությունների զարգացում, գ) Պաշտպանի արտահերթ զեկույցի հրապարակում:
