ՀՀ արտգործնախարարությունը հայտարարություն է տարածել՝ դատապարտելով այսօր Տավուշի մարզի Չինարի գյուղից դեպի հարավ-արևելք ընկած պետական սահմանի հատվածում ադրբեջանական զորքերի ձեռնարկած դիվերսիոն ներթափանցման փորձը, ինչի հետևանքով հայկական կողմն ունի երեք զոհ:

Հայտարարությունն ամբողջությամբ ներկայացնում ենք ստորև.

«Խստագույնս դատապարտում ենք այսօր Հայաստանի պետական սահմանին Ադրբեջանի կողմից իրականացված դիվերսիոն ներթափանցման փորձը, որը հանգեցրել է մարդկային կորուստների։ Մեր խորին ցավակցություններն ենք հայտնում զոհվածների հարազատներին և ծառայակիցներին։

Այն պայմաններում, երբ դեռ հաղթահարված չէ ապրիլ ամսին Արցախի դեմ ադրբեջանական ագրեսիայի հետևանքով կարգավորման գործընթացին հասցված լրջագույն վնասը, Բաքուն նոր արկածախնդրության է դիմում՝ կոպտորեն խախտելով Վիեննայի և Սանկտ-Պետերբուրգի գագաթաժողովներին ձեռք բերված պայմանավորվածությունները, հիմնահարցը խաղաղ միջոցներով կարգավորելու վերաբերյալ հանձնառությունը: Այսպես է Բաքուն պատասխանում Համբուրգում ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանագահ երկրների արտգործնախարարների հնչեցրած հստակ պահանջին՝ անվերապահ պահպանել 1994-1995թթ. զինադադարի համաձայնագրերը։

Միջազգային հանրությունը՝ եռանախագահների միջոցով, բազմիցս կոչ է արել հարգել զինադադարը հատկապես տոնական օրերին: Իրականացնելով ռազմական դիվերսիան Ամանորի և Սուրբ Ծննդյան տոների նախաշեմին` Բաքուն դեմ է դուրս գալիս համամարդկային արժեհամակարգին։

Միջազգային հանրությունը, առաջին հերթին՝ ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահ երկրներն, անհապաղ քայլերով պետք է սթափեցնեն իրենց կոչերը ու պահանջները հանդգնորեն արհամարհող, դրանց հակառակ գնացող, իրականության զգացումը կորցրած ադրբեջանական ղեկավարությանը»:
