Հայաստանն ունի բոլոր հնարավորությունները էլեկտրաէներգիայի արտադրության ու արտահանման ծավալներն ավելացնելու համար: Այս մասին ֆեսյբուքյան օնլայն ասուլիսում նշեց ՀՀ էներգետիկ ենթակառուցվածքների և բնական պաշարների նախարարի տեղակալ Հայկ Հարությունյանը` ներկայացնելով էներգետիկայի ոլորտում իրականացված աշխատանքները: Նրա խոսքով, ընթացիկ տարում իրականացվել են մի շարք օրենսդրական փոփոխություններ` արևային էներգիայի ոլորտում միկրոէլեկտրակայանների դաշտը կարգավորելու համար:
«Այդ բարեփոխումների նպատակն այն է, որ բիզնեսը, ինչպես նաև քաղաքացին կարողանան տեղադրել համապատասխան սարք, և արևային ռեսուրսներից օգտվելով, էլեկտրաէներգիա արտադրել: Հնարավորություն է ստեղծվել, որ այդ արտադրված էլեկտրաէներգիայի ավելցուկը վաճառվի ՀԷՑ-ին: Ի դեպ, ՀԷՑ-ի հետ գործարքն ազատեցինք բոլոր տեսակի հարկերից, շուկան ազատականացրեցինք, դրա համար լիցենզիա ձեռքբերելու կարիք չկա»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ` ասաց Հայկ Հարությունյանը: Նա տեղեկացրեց, որ ՀԷՑ-ի հետ պայմանագիր կնքելու օրինակելի ձևը Հանրային ծառայությունները կարգավորող հանձնաժողովը հաստատել է: Արդեն կան արևային ռեսուրսներից օգտվող և էլեկտրաէներգիա արտադրող մեկ տասնյակից ավելի միկրոկայաններ, որոնք միացել են ՀԷՑ-ի ցանցին:
«Ի դեպ, ես նույնպես ունեմ կայան: Արդեն 3-րդ ամիսն է տեղադրել եմ, էլեկտրաէներգիա եմ արտադրում և շատ գոհ եմ: Խորհուրդ կտամ բոլորին տեղադրել համապատասխան սարքավորում և էներգիա արտադրել»,-ասաց Հայկ Հարությունյանը:
Արդեն քայլեր են իրականացվել արևային կայանների կառուցման գործընթացին զարկ տալու համար: Մասնավորապես, նախարարությունը դիմել էր Հանրային ծառայությունները կարգավորող հանձնաժողովին, որպեսզի սահմանվի սակագին մինչև 1 ՄՎՏ արևային կայանների համար: Հայկ Հարությունյանը նշեց, որ ընկերությունները կարող են դիմել հանձնաժողովին, ստանալ սակագին, կառուցել արևային կայան:
«Պետությունը պարտավոր է գնել այդ կայանից ստացված էներգիան: Ինչպես տեսնում եք բոլոր պայմանները ստեղծվել են ներդրում կատարելու համար: Հաջորդ տարի հայտարարվելու է 50 ՄՎՏ կայանի կառուցման մրցույթը: Կառավարությանը ներկայացրել ենք այդ ներդրումային ծրագիրը»,-ասաց Հայկ Հարությունյանը:
