2016թ-ը ամփոփում ենք բավականին համեստ տնտեսական ցուցանիշներով: Արտաքին և ներքին բացասական ազդակների առկայության պայմաններում պետությանն այլ ելք չէր մնում, քան քայլեր ձեռնարկել գործարարների համար բիզնես միջավայրը բարելավելու համար:

Այս ուղղությամբ կատարվել են մի շարք քայլեր, որոնք իրենց ազդեցությունն ունենալու են երկաժամկետ հեռանկարում: Մասնավորապես նվազեցվում է գյուղատնտեսության ոլորտի ջերմոցային տնտեսությունների և վերամշակող կազմակերպությունների կողմից սպառվող բնական գազի սակագինը, ապրանքների համար օտարերկրյա անձանց կողմից ՀՀ տարածքում վճարված ԱԱՀ գումարները հետ ստանալու համար ապրանքների արժեքի ներկայիս 100,000 դրամի շեմը իջեցվել է 50.000 դրամ, հարկերից ազատվել են սահմանված գործունեության տեսակներն ինքնուրույնաբար իրականացնող ֆիզիկական անձինք (այդ թվում ԱՁ), որոնց կողմից նախորդ օրացուցային տարվա ընթացքում իրացումից հասույթը չի գերազանցել 9,0 մլն. դրամը:

2017 թվականի համար պետք է սպասել նոր նախաձեռնությունների կյանքի կոչվելուն, որոնց արդյունքում այլ ուղղություններով ևս կբարելավվեն բիզնեսի համար ստեղծված պայմանները: Այս հարցում առաջ շարժվելու համար կառավարությունն ընտրել է գործարարների հետ քննարկումների արդյունքում խնդիրների բացահայտման և հնարավոր լուծումների մշակման ճանապարհը:
