Ավելորդ կիլոգրամներից արագ ազատվելու համար հարկավոր է ընդամենը նռան թարմ հյութ խմել: Ճզմեք նռան հատիկները և ստացված հյութին ավելացրեք ճիշտ նույն չափով ջուր: Հրաշագործ հեղուկից հարկավոր է խմել 200 գրամ՝ ուտելուց առաջ:

Նռան հատիկներից և ձիթապտղի յուղից պատրաստված  «շիլան» ևս նիհարելու համար շատ լավ միջոց է: Միջին չափի   նռան հատիկները հարկավոր է աղալ բլենդերով,  ավելացնել 2 ճաշի գդալ ձիթապտղի յուղ, խառնել : Մեկ ամիս շարունակ  օրական  2 անգամ՝ ուտելուց առաջ, այն օգտագործելուց հետո արդյունքն ակնհայտ կլինի:
