Այս դահլիճում Հայաստանի Հանրապետության Նախագահն ընդունում է օտարերկրյա բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյաների՝ խորհրդարանների նախագահների, վարչապետների, արտաքին գործերի նախարարների, դեսպանների


Կլոր դահլիճ

Այս դահլիճում տեղի է ունենում Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում հավատարմագրված այլ պետությունների դեսպանների՝ ՀՀ Նախագահին հավատարմագրերի հանձնման արարողությունը: Այս դահլիճում է կազմակերպվում նաև այլ պետությունների ղեկավարների այցերի ընթացքում երկկողմ փաստաթղթերի ստորագրման արարողությունը:


Ոսկեզօծ դահլիճ

Այս դահլիճում տեղի են ունենում Հայաստանի Հանրապետության Նախագահի և այլ պետությունների Նախագահների հանդիպումները՝ երկկողմ ձևաչափով: Այստեղ Հանրապետության Նախագահն ընդունում է նաև հոգևոր առաջնորդների:

Այս դահլիճում կազմակերպվում են Հայաստանի Հանրապետության Նախագահի անունից տրվող պաշտոնական և տոնական ընդունելությունները, պետական և պաշտոնական ճաշերը, ինչպես նաև կազմակերպվում են պարգևատրման արարողություններ ու մամուլի ասուլիսներ:
