«Զվարթնոց» օդանավակայանում կանխվել է «մեթամֆետամին» տեսակի թմրանյութի արտահանման փորձը

Պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեի ներքին անվտանգության ու մաքսանենգության դեմ պայքարի և կրկնակի մաքսային հսկողության վարչությունների աշխատակիցներն, օպերատիվ տեղեկություններն իրացնելիս, դեկտեմբերի 22-ին «Զվարթնոց» օդանավակայանում Երևան-Մոսկվա չվերթի ուղևոր Վլադիմիր Հովսեփյանի ուղեբեռի զննությամբ հայտնաբերել են շուրջ 100 գրամ մեթամֆետամին տեսակի թմրանյութ: Ճամպրուկում հայտնաբերված օղու ապակյա տարան օգտագործվել է որպես թաքստոց:
Թմրանյութն առգրավվել է և ուղարկվել փորձաքննության, ՊԵԿ քննչական վարչությունում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ պետական սահմանով թմրամիջոցի մաքսանենգություն կատարելու դեպքի առթիվ: Վլադիմիր Հովսեփյանը նշված կասկածանքով ձերբակալվել է, որպես խափանման միջոց կիրառվել է կալանավորումը:
Նախաքննությամբ նշանակվել են դատաքիմիական և դատատոքսիկոքիմիական փորձաքննություններ՝ գործի համար էական նշանակություն ունեցող մի շարք հարցեր պարզելու նպատակով: ՊԵԿ քննչական վարչության հետ համատեղ շարունակվում է օպերատիվ աշխատանքը` դեպքի ամբողջական բացահայտման, թմրանյութի ձեռքբերման հանգամանքները պարզելու ուղղությամբ:
Միաժամանակ Պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեն նախատոնական օրերին շարունակում է խստորեն հետևել և բացահայտել հարկային օրենսդրությունը խախտողներին: ՊԵԿ ներքին անվտանգության և օպերատիվ հետախուզության վարչությունների համատեղ միջոցառումների արդյունքում հայտնաբերվել է առանց պետական գրանցման՝ ապօրինի ձեռնարկատիրական գործունեության 3 դեպք:
Այսպես, պարզվել է, որ Գյումրիի բնակիչ Ժորա Խուրշուդյանը, շրջանցելով հարկային դաշտը, փորձել է շուրջ 1 տոննա 200կգ պարենային ապրանք իրացնել, որը նա ձեռք է բերել Գյումրիում տեղակայված պահեստներից, որոնք պատկանում են նույն քաղաքի բնակիչներ՝ Ժորա Ասլանյանին և Արթուր Գրիգորյանին, ովքեր առանց համապատասխան պետական գրանցման զբաղվել են առևտրային գործունեությամբ:
Պահեստներում հայտնաբերվել է շուրջ 4 տոննա պարենային և տնտեսական ապրանք: Ուսումնասիրությամբ միաժամանակ բացահայտվել է, որ պարտադիր դրոշմավորման ենթակա ապրանքների մի մասը վաճառվել է առանց դրոշմապիտակների: Նյութերն ուղարկվել են ՊԵԿ վարչական վարույթների իրականացման վարչություն՝ հետագա ընթացքը պարզելու համար:
