Աշխարհում խնդրահարույց թեժ կետերի թիվը չի նվազում: Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, վկայակոչելով ՏԱՍՍ-ը, այս մասին հայտարարել է ՌԴ նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինը` բացելով Հավաքական անվտանգության պայմանագրի կազմակերպության խորհրդի նիստը: «Մենք գիտենք, թե աշխարհի շատ տարածաշրջաններում որքան բարդ են հարաբերությունները, շատ խնդրահարույց թեժ կետերի թիվը չի նվազում, իսկ արդեն հնացած հակամարտո ւթյունները չեն կարգավորվում այնպես, ինչպես կցանկանայինք: Օրինակ, Աֆղանստանի խնդիրը, Մերձավոր Արևելքի, Սիրիայի և այլ խնդիրները»,- ասել է ՌԴ նախագահը:
Նա հավելել է, որ դա անհանգստացնում է ՀԱՊԿ անդամ երկրներին: ՌԴ նախագահն ընդգծել է, որ հանդիպման ընթացքում մտքերի փոխանակության ոչ ֆորմալ ձևաչափը հնարավորություն կտա խոսել աշխարհում տիրող իրավիճակի մասին:
«Մեզ համար նշանակալի հետաքրքրություն ներկայացնող հարցերի շուրջ երկխոսություն մենք միշտ ունենում ենք, սակայն դրանից խնդիրները չեն նվազում: Ամեն դեպքում, դա մեզ հնարավորություն է տալիս տեղյակ լինել կատարվող իրադարձություններին այս կամ այն ուղղությամբ և ժամանակին արձագանքել այն սպառնալիքներին, որոնք առաջանում են մեր երկրների շուրջ»,- ասել է Վլադիմիր Պուտինը:
