Քննչական կոմիտեն դպրոցի տնօրենին առաջադրել է յուրացումներ կատարելու մեղադրանք

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Արագածոտնի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում ավարտվել է Արագածոտնի մարզի Վարդաբլուր համայնքի Խաչատուր Աբովյանի անվան միջնակարգ դպրոցի տնօրենի կողմից կատարված չարաշահումների դեպքերի առթիվ հարուցված քրեական գործի նախաքննությունը։ Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի դեպարտամենտի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից՝ հավելելով. «Նախն ական քննությամբ ապացույցներ են ձեռք բերվել առ այն, որ 1952թ. ծնված Ռ.Նազարեթյանը, զբաղեցնելով Արագածոտնի մարզի Վարդաբլուր համայնքի «Խաչատուր Աբովյանի» անվան միջնակարգ դպրոցի տնօրենի պաշտոնը, փաստաթղթերում կեղծ տեղեկություններ մտցնելու միջոցով պետական բյուջեից յուրացրել է գումար՝ այդ կերպ պետությանը պատճառելով նյութական վնաս: Մասնավորապես՝ Ռ.Նազարեթյանը 2006թ. հունվարի 3-ից մինչև 2015թ. հունիսն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում, պաշտոնեական դիրքը չարաշահելով , տարբեր անձանց անվամբ կազմել է կեղծ աշխատանքային պայմանագրեր և հափշտակել նրանց անվամբ ՀՀ պետական բյուջեից փոխանցված աշխատավարձերը և արձակուրդային գումարները:
Ձեռնարկված քննչական գործողությունների արդյունքում պարզվել են քրեական գործով էական նշանակություն ունեցող հանգամանքները։ Մինչդատական վարույթում ձեռք բերված բավարար ապացույցների համակցությամբ՝ Ռ.Նազարեթյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 179-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին կետի, 179-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին և 3-րդ կետերի (3 դրվագ), 179-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 1-ին կետի և 314-րդ հոդվածի (5 դրվագ) հատկանիշներով: Նրա նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց է ընտրվել ստորագրություն չհեռանալու մասին: Ռ.Նազարեթյանը առաջադրված մեղադրանքում իրեն մեղավոր է ճանաչել և ցուցմունք տվել առաջադրված մեղադրանքի շուրջ։
Քրեական գործը՝ մեղադրական եզրակացությամբ, ուղարկվել է նախաքննության օրինականության նկատմամբ հսկողություն իրականացնող դատախազին:
Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանվածկարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով»:
