Սանկտ Պետերբուրգում բացվել Է Եվրասիական բարձրագույն տնտեսական խորհրդի նիստը: Ինչպես տեղեկացնում Է «Արմենպրես»-ը` հղում անելով ՏԱՍՍ-ին, Ռուսաստանի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինը, բացելով նիստը, հայտարարել Է, որ Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության գլխավոր գերակայություններից մեկը բարենպաստ գործարար միջավայրի ստեղծումն Է:
«ԵԱՏՄ-ի գործունեության հանգուցային գերակայություններից մեկը բարենպաստ գործարար միջավայրի ձեւավորումն Է մեր երկրների արտադրական եւ տեխնոլոգիական ներուժի լիարժեք բացահայտման համար»,-ասել Է նա:
Պուտինը նշել Է, որ միության ձեւավորման օրվանից անցած երկու տարվա ընթացքում ստեղծվել Է ընդհանուր տարողունակ շուկա, որը գործում Է համաձայնեցված կանոններով, որոնք հիմնված են Առեւտրի համաշխարհային կազմակերպության սկզբունքների վրա: Այդ ժամանակահատվածում նաեւ նկատելիորեն բարձրացել են փոխադարձ առեւտրի ցուցանիշները, վերացվում են ապրանքների, ծառայությունների, աշխատուժի եւ կապիտալի ազատ շարժի ճանապարհի խոչընդոտները, ընդգծել Է ՌԴ նախագահը:
«Միության գոյության ընթացքում ոչ տարիֆային սահմանափակումների թվաքանակը կրճատվել Է ավելի քան 30 տոկոսով: Այս տարի ստեղծվել Է դեղամիջոցների եւ բժշկական արտադրանքի միասնական շուկա, ինչը կօգնի նվազեցնել սոցիալապես կարեւոր դեղագործական արտադրանքի գները եւ ուժեղացնել հսկողությունը դրա որակի եւ շրջանառման կարգի նկատմամբ»,-ասել Է Պուտինը:
Սպասվում Է, որ գագաթնաժողովի գլխավոր իրադարձությունը կդառնա ԵԱՏՄ-ի նոր մաքսային օրենսգրքի մասին պայմանագրի ստորագրումը: Սպասվում Է նաեւ մի շարք այլ բազմակողմ փաստաթղթերի ընդունում, որոնք, մասնավորապես, նպատակամղված են ապրանքների ու ծառայությունների միասնական եվրասիական շուկայի ձեւեավորման գործընթացի առաջմղմանը: Բացի այդ, պետությունների ղեկավարները պետք Է հաստատեն 2017 թվականին միության միջազգային գործունեության հիմնական ուղղությունները եւ քննարկեն Եվրասիական միության հանգուցային առեւտրատնտեսական գործընկերների հետ համագործակցության տարբեր ասպեկտներ:
