ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեն և ԻԻՀ վերահսկողության գլխավոր կազմակերպությունը համագործակցության ծրագիր կստորագրեն

 ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի նախագահ Աղվան Հովսեփյանը Թեհրանում հանդիպել է ԻԻՀ վերահսկողության գլխավոր կազմակերպության նախագահ Նասեր Սերաջիի հետ: Այս մասին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի դեպարտամենտի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից:

Կողմերը գոհունակությամբ արձանագրել են երկու երկրների իրավապահ մարմինների միջև ձևավորված արդյունավետ համագործակցությունը, այդ նպատակով մշակված իրավական կառուցակարգերը: Կարևորվել է արդյունավետ փոխգործակցությունը` մասնավորապես անդրազգային հանցավորության դեմ պայքարում միմյանց իրավական օգնություն ցուցաբերելու, թմրամիջոցների ապօրինի շրջանառության, կիբեր և կոռուպցիոն հանցագործությունների բացահայտման, քննության առանձնահատկությունների վերաբերյալ փորձի փոխանակման, քաղաքացիների ու իրավաբանական անձանց իրավունքների ու ազատությունների պաշտպանության ոլորտում:

Ի կատարումն Երևանում ստորագրված փոխըմբռնման հուշագրի` պայմանավորվածություն է ձեռք բերվել՝ ստորագրել համագործակցության երկամյա ծրագիր, որի շրջանակներում երկուստեք կարևորված վերոնշյալ հարցերի վերաբերյալ կկազմակերպվեն համատեղ միջոցառումներ, քննարկումներ:

Բանակցությունների ավարտին տեղի է ունեցել մամուլի ասուլիս, որի ժամանակ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի նախագահ Աղվան Հովսեփյանը և ԻԻՀ վերահսկողության գլխավոր կազմակերպության նախագահ Նասեր Սերաջին պատասխանել են լրագրողների հարցերին:

Աշխատանքային այցի ընթացքում ՀՀ ՔԿ նախագահը հանդիպումներ է ունեցել նաև ԻԻՀ Արդարադատության իշխանության առաջին տեղակալ պարոն Ղոլամհոսեին Մոհսենի Էժեիի, ԻԻՀ դատական իշխանության սոցիալական և հանցագործությունների կանխարգելման հարցերով տեղակալ Մոհամադ Բաղեր Օլֆաթի հետ:

Հանդիպումների ընթացքում կողմերը ընդգծել են հանցավորության դեմ պայքարում, քրեական գործերի քննության ընթացքում համագործակցության կարևորությունը` քրեորեն արգելված արարքներ թույլ տված անձանց պատժի անխուսափելությունն ապահովելու,  մարդու իրավունքներն պաշտպանելու ուղղությամբ:

Քննարկվել են երկուստեք հետաքրքրություն ներկայացնող հարցերի լայն շրջանակ` նախանշելով համագործակցությունը զարգացնելու մի շարք նոր ուղղություններ:
