ԲՀԿ-ական պատգամավորները Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի գրասենյակի մասնագետների հետ մոնիթորինգ են իրականացնելու Երևանի փողոցներում՝ մուրացկանությամբ զբաղվող երեխաների կարգավիճակը պարզելու նպատակով: Այս մասին այսօր ԱԺ-ում լրագրողներին ասաց ԲՀԿ խմբակցության ղեակավար Նաիրա Զոհրաբյանը:

Նա չհամաձայնեց ՀՀ աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարար Արտեմ Ասատրյանի հետ, ով բացառում էր նման դեպքերի հնարավորութունը, և պնդեց իր տեղեկությունները, որ մանկատներից երեխաներ են վերցվում և օգտագործվում մուրացկանության նպատակով. «Նման տեղեկություններն անհեթեթություն որակելուց առաջ ճիշտ կլիներ, որ իրենք զբաղվեին և հասկանային, թե ինչ է կատարվում իրենց մանկատներում ու գիշերօթիկներում: Եթե ինքը բացահայտորեն հերքում է այն անմարդկային վերաբերմունքի ակնհայտ դեպքերը գիշերօթիկներում, որոնք ակնհայտ արձանագրված են ՄԻՊ զեկույցում, բնականաբար, այս դեպքերն էլ պիտի հերքի: Բազմաթիվ տեղեկություններ կան, որ երեխաների հետ մուրացկանությամբ զբաղվող կանայք երեխաներին վերցնում են չքավոր հարևաններից, նաև կան տեղեկություններ, որ վերցնում են նաև մանկատներից՝ հանցավոր համաձայնության գալով մանկատների ներքին օղակի աշխատակազմի հետ: Ես բարձրացրել եմ խնդիրը, ճշտելն արդեն իրենց գործն է: Հստակ փաստեր ես կարող եմ ասել՝ Աբովյան փողոցով անցեք, դուք ինքներդ մոտեցեք և հարցրեք, թե այդ երեխաները որքանով կապ ունեն այդ կանանց հետ: Եկեք միասին անցկացնենք այդ մոնիթորինգը»:

Ն.Զոհրաբյանը նշեց, որ խոսել է նաև Հատուկ քննչական ծառայութան հետ, ներկայացրել է իր ունեցած տեղեկատվությունը:
