ՏՀՏ ոլորտի «հեղափոխական» ներուժը

Տեղեկատվական և հեռահաղորդակցության տեխնոլոգիաների ոլորտը ՀՀ տնտեսության ամենաարագ զարգացող ճյուղերից մեկն է: Ոլորտում իրականացվող ծրագրերը մեծապես նպաստում են տնտեսության արտադրողականության և մրցունակության բարձրացմանը, սակայն պետք է նշել, որ ՏՀՏ ոլորտը պետության աջակցության կարիքն ունի: Միայն բարենպաստ միջավայրի ստեղծման պարագայում է, որ ՏՀՏ ոլորտի առաջընթացի գործում մեծ արդյունքներ կգրանցվեն:

Հաշվի առնելով ՏՀՏ ոլորտի զարգացման կարևորությունը մեր տնտեսության համար, նորաստեղծ կառավարությունը, որն արդեն 100 օր է, ինչ ձևավորվել է, հատուկ տեղ է հատկացրել ՏՀՏ ոլորտի ճյուղերի զարգացմանը: Այս ընթացքում վարչապետը պարբերաբար քննարկումներ է իրականացրել ոլորտի ներկայացուցիչների հետ և հանձնարարել է մշակել ոլորտի զարգացմանն ուղղված միջոցառումների ծրագիր:

Նշենք, որ ՏՀՏ ոլորտի ներկայացուցիչների հետ հետևողական աշխատանքի և հստակ ռազմավարության իրականացման դեպքում ոլորտը կարող է կատարել տնտեսության շարժիչի դերը, մանանավանդ, երբ որ ՏՀՏ ոլորտը ՀՀ-ում ունի այդպիսի ներուժ: Դա են վկայում նաև ոլորտում գրանցված ցուցանիշները, տարեկան ՏՀՏ ոլորտում արձանագրվում է 20% և ավելի աճ: Տարեցտարի ավելանում է ՏՀՏ ոլորտի ընկերությունների և զբաղվածների թիվը, աճում է ոլորտի շրջանառությունը: Ոլորտում տարեկան 1700 բարձր վարձատրվող աշխատատեղեր են ստեղծվում:

Նավթային և այլ նյութական ռեսուրսները ժամանակակից աշխարհում իրենց տեղը զիջում են մտավոր ներուժին: Ժամանակն է, որ Հայաստանը իր մտավոր ներուժը օգտագործի թիրախային ուղղություններով: Այս առումով լուրջ քայլ կարող է լինել կրթական համակարգի բարեփոխումներին զուգահեռ ՏՀՏ ոլորտի վերաբերյալ մասնագիտացված որակյալ դասընթացների ապահովումը՝ ներառյալ դպրոցականնների համար:
