Ըստ աշխարհահռչակ Gallup International Ասոցիացիայի Հայաստանյան Ներկայացուցչության կողմից կազմակերպված հետազոտության արդյունքների՝ Հայաստանում լավագույն ապահովագրական ընկերություն է ճանաչվել ՌՈՍԳՈՍՍՏՐԱԽ ԱՐՄԵՆԻԱ ընկերությունը: Դա երրորդ հետազոտությունն է, և 3-րդ տարին անընդմեջ ՌՈՍԳՈՍՍՏՐԱԽ ԱՐՄԵՆԻԱՆ ստանում է սպառողների ամենաբարձր գնահատականները և՛ Երևանում և՛ մարզերում:

«Հայաստանի Լավագույն Ապահովագրական ընկերություն 2016» դիպլոմը ՌՈՍԳՈՍՍՏՐԱԽ ԱՐՄԵՆԻԱ ընկերության ներկայացուցչին հանձնեց Gallup International Ասոցիացիայի Հայաստանյան Ներկայացուցչության տնօրեն Արամ Նավասարդյանը:

Արամ Նավասարդյանը նշեց. «Ամբողջ Հայաստանի տարածքում անցկացված հարցումների արդյունքում ՌՈՍԳՈՍՍՏՐԱԽ ԱՐՄԵՆԻԱ ընկերությունը գրանցում է ամենաբարձր արդյունքներն արդեն 3-րդ անգամ անընդմեջ: Ընկերությունն ունի շատ բարձր ճանաչողություն հասարակության շրջանում, տրամադրում է բարձր որակի ծառայություններ, ու սպառողը ճանաչում է ՌՈՍԳՈՍՍՏՐԱԽ ԱՐՄԵՆԻԱՆ որպես իր բնագավառում լավագույնը»: Ընդ որում Gallup-ի տնօրենը շեշտեց, որ սպառողները կարևորում են սպասարկման բոլոր փուլերի բարձր որակը՝ ինչպես պայմանագրերի ձևակերպումը, այնպես էլ հատուցման գործընթացը:

ՌՈՍԳՈՍՍՏՐԱԽ ԱՐՄԵՆԻԱ ապահովագրական ընկերության գործադիր տնօրենի տեղակալ Վահագն Աղավելյանն իր խոսքում մասնավորապես ասաց. «Սա երկար տարիների հետևողական աշխատանքի արդյունք է: Ուզում եմ շնորհակալություն հայտնել ընկերության հաճախորդներին, անձնակազմին և գործակալներին, որովհետև բոլորն ունեն իրենց ուրույն ներդրումը: Մենք կանգ առնելու մտադրություն չունենք, ծառայությունների որակի բարելավման աշխատանքները շարունակվելու են»:

Տեղեկանք. ՌՈՍԳՈՍՍՏՐԱԽ ԱՐՄԵՆԻԱ ապահովագրական փակ բաժնետիրական ընկերությունը հիմնադրվել է 2008 թ. մայիսին և գործում է Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կողմից 2008 թվականի մայիսի 20-ին տրված «ոչ կյանքի ապահովագրություն» իրականացնելու ԱՊՈ թիվ 0009 լիցենզիայի հիման վրա: Ընկերությունը մտնում է ՌՈՍԳՈՍՍՏՐԱԽ Ընկերությունների Խմբի (Ռուսաստան) մեջ:

Ընկերության կանոնադրական կապիտալը կազմում է 4,5միլիարդ դրամ:

Ընկերության Խորհրդի կազմի մեջ են մտնում ՌՈՍԳՈՍՍՏՐԱԽ-ի առաջատար մասնագետները և բարձրաստիճան ղեկավարությունը:

ՌՈՍԳՈՍՍՏՐԱԽ ԱՐՄԵՆԻԱ ընկերությունն ունի ամենալայն գրասենյակային ցանցը և ներկայացված է Հայաստանի Հանրապետության գրեթե բոլոր քաղաքներում, ունի հաճախորդների սպասարկման 50 գրասենյակր, այդ թվում 20 մասնաճյուղ, 15  գրասենյակ Երևանում, և 35՝  Հայաստանի մարզկենտրոններում և խոշոր քաղաքաներում:

ՌՈՍԳՈՍՍՏՐԱԽ ԱՐՄԵՆԻԱ ապահովագրական ընկերությունն առաջինը Հայաստանումստացավ ISO 9001:2008 ստանդարտին համապատասխանության սերտիֆիկատ աշխարհահռչակ Moody International կազմակերպությունից: 2016 թվականին ՌՈՍԳՈՍՍՏՐԱԽ ԱՐՄԵՆԻԱ ընկերությունն առաջինը Հայաստանում ստացել է ISO 9001:2015ստանդարտին համապատասխանության սերտիֆիկատ Բրիտանական ստանդարտների ինստիտուտից:
