ՀՀ բնապահպանության նախարարությունը պետբյուջե է մուտքագրել 1 մլն դրամ

ՀՀ բնապահպանության նախարարության բնապահպանական պետական տեսչության կողմից դեկտեմբերի 19-23-ը իրականացված շրջայցերի, ԲՊՏ վարույթին հանձնված գործերի քննության և հաշվետվությունների ընդունման գործընթացում հայտնաբերված խախտումների արդյունքում կայացվել է 700.0հազար դրամ ընդհանուր գումարի վարչական տուգանքի 6 որոշում և հաշվարկվել 363.54հազար դ րամ ընդհանուր գումարի շրջակա միջավայրին հասցված վնաս: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ բնապահպանության նախարարության տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից:
Բուսական աշխարհի պահպանության ոլորտ
Շիրակի տարածքային բաժնի կողմից հայտնաբերված խախտման համար հաշվարկվել է 363.54հազար դրամ գումարի շրջակա միջավայրին հասցված վնաս: Գործերն հանձնվել է ՀՀ ոստիկանության Շիրակի մարզային վարչության Ախուրյանի բաժին՝ իրավախախտին հայտնաբերելու համար:
Կենդանական աշխարհի պահպանության ոլորտ
Շաբաթվա ընթացքում հայտնաբերվել և առգրավվել է 199 հատ (120.0կգ) «սիգ» տեսակի տիրազուրկ թարմ ձուկ որից՝
Երևանի տարածքային բաժնի կողմից կիրառված միջոցառումների արդյունքում առգրավվել է 112 հատ (55.0 կգ) «սիգ» տեսակի թարմ ձուկ, ինչը հանձնվել է ՀՀ լսողության խանգարումներ ունեցող երեխաների հատուկ կրթահամալիր, «Զատիկ» երեխաների աջակցության կենտրոն:
Լոռու տարածքային բաժնի կողմից շրջայցերի ընթացքում հայտնաբերվել և առգրավվել է 87 հատ (65.0կգ) «սիգ» տեսակի թարմ ձուկ, ինչը հանձնվել է Վանաձորի մանկատուն:
Փայտանյութի ապօրինի տեղափոխման ոլորտ
Սյունիքի տարածքային բաժնի կողմից հայտնաբերված խախտման համար 1 ֆիզիկական անձի նկատմամբ կայացվել է 100.0հազար դրամ գումարի վարչական տուգանքի որոշում:
Ջրերի պահպանության ոլորտ
Երևանի տարածքային բաժնի կողմից 1 տնտեսվարողի նկատմամբ կայացվել է 200.0հազար դրամ գումարի վարչական տուգանքի 1 որոշում:
Ջրերի և մթնոլորտի վերահսկողության բաժնի կողմից 1 տնտեսվարողի նկատմամբ կայացվել է 200.0հազար դրամ գումարի վարչական տուգանքի 1 որոշում:
Բնապահպանական և բնօգտագործման վճարի եռամսյակային հաշվետվությունները սահմանված ժամկետում չներկայացնելու համար`
Ներքին վերահսկողության բաժնի կողմից 1 տնտեսվարողի նկատմամբ կայացվել է 100.0հազար դրամ գումարի վարչական տուգանքի որոշում:
Երևանի տարածքային բաժնի կողմից 1 տնտեսվարողի նկատմամբ կայացվել է 50.0հազար դրամ գումարի վարչական տուգանքի որոշում:
Գեղարքունիքի տարածքային բաժնի կողմից 1 տնտեսվարողի նկատմամբ կայացվել է 50.0հազար դր. գումարի վարչական տուգանքի որոշում:
Ընդհանուր առմամբ ՀՀ բնապահպանության նախարարության բնապահպանական պետական տեսչության կիրառած նախորդ պատժամիջոցներից հաշվետու ժամանակահատվածում ՀՀ պետական բյուջե է մուտքագրվել 1.0 մլն դրամ:
