Հայաստանում Էլեկտրաէներգիայի սակագները նվազեցին

Հայաստանում էլեկտրաէներգիայի սակագները վերանայվեցին: Սպառողների համար էլեկտրաէներգիայի սակագինը նվազեց 1.22 դրամով: «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ, Հանրային ծառայությունները կարգավորող հանձնաժողովի նիստում սահմանվեցին «Հայաստանի էլեկտրական ցանցեր» փակ բաժնետիրական ընկերության կողմից սպառողներին վաճառվող էլեկտրական էներգիայի հետևյալ սակագները: 110 կՎ լարմամբ սնվող սպառողների համար 1 կՎտժ-ի համար ցերեկային սակագինը կլինի 33.48 դրամ, գիշերային սակագինը ` 29.48 դրամ: 35 կՎ լարմամբ սնվող սպառողների համար 1 կՎտժ-ի համար սահմանվեց ցերեկային սակագին` 35.98 դրամ, գիշերային սակագին` 31.98 դրամ: Հանրային ծառայությունները կարգավորող հանձնաժողովի կողմից 6(10) կՎ լարմամբ սնվող սպառողների համար ցերեկային սակագինը կլինի 41.98 դրամ, գիշերային սակագինը՝ 31.98 դրամ: Ինչ վերաբերում է 0,38 կՎ և ցածր լարմամբ սնվող սպառողներին (բնակ չության զգալի հատվածը), ապա ցերեկային սակագին սահմանվեց 44.98 դրամ` նախկին 46.2-ի դիմաց, գիշերային սակագին` 34.98 դրամ:
Հանձնաժողովի սակագնային քաղաքականության վարչության պետ Գարեգին Բաղրամյանը նշեց, որ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կառավարության 2016 թվականի նոյեմբերի 3-ի որոշման համաձայն սոցիալապես անապահով ընտանիք համարվող սպառողների համար էլ էլեկտրաէներգիայի ցերեկային սակագինը կլինի 40 դրամ, գիշերային սակագինը` 30 դրամ:
«Էլեկտրաէներգիայի սակագների վերանայման գործընթացի վրա մի քանի գործոններ են ազդել, բայց հիմնականում ջերմակայաններին մատակարարվող գազի սակագների նվազեցումն է»,-ասաց Գարեգին Բաղրամյանը: Անդրադառնալով սպառողների իրավունքների հարցերով զբաղվող կազմակերպությունների այն դիտարկմանը, թե հնարավոր էր սակագինն ավելի նվազեցնել, Գարեգին Բաղրամյանը նշեց, որ նման հարց բարձրացնողները դիտարկում են մեկ գործոն, բայց սակագների վերանայման համար անհրաժեշտ է դիտարկել ամբողջ շրջանակը: Ըստ նրա` այդ դեպքում հնարավոր է եղել սակագինն իջեցնե լ 1.22 դրամով: Այն հարցին, թե հնարավոր է հաջորդ տարի ևս սակագինը վերանայվի, Գարեգին Բաղրամյանը նշեց, որ ուսումնասիրությունները ցույց կտան:
«Հայաստանի էլեկտրական ցանցեր» ընկերության գլխավոր տնօրեն Կարեն Հարությունյանի խոսքով, իրենց ընկերության գործառույթների մեջ չի մտնում սակագների սահմանումը:
«Դա հանձնաժողովի գործառույթն է: Ես տեսնում եմ, որ Հանրային ծառայությունները կարգավորող հանձնաժողովը կատարում է, բոլոր քայլերը, որ սակագները միտված լինեն նվազեցմանը, հարմար լինեն բնակչությանը»,-ասաց «Հայաստանի էլեկտրական ցանցեր» ընկերության գլխավոր տնօրենը:
Հանձնաժողովի որոշումն ուժի մեջ է մտնում 2017 թվականի փետրվարի 1-ից:
