Վահե Դանիելյան. «Մենք խնդիրներ ունենք շղթայի գրեթե բոլոր փուլերում»

Սննդամթերքի անվտանգության ապահովման ոլորտն այն եզակիներից է, որն ամենօրյա հսկողություն է պահանջում: Հսկողության ու վերահսկողության շղթան պետք է սկսվի սննդամթերք արտադրողից ու շարունակվի մի քանի ուղղություններով: Սակայն պարզվում է, որ քիչ չեն դեպքերը, երբ արտադրական ձեռնարկությունում և մանրածախ իրացման ցանցում նույն խմբաքանակից վերցրած նմուշների ստուգման արդյունքներն իրար հետ որևէ կապ չեն ունենում և տպավորություն է ստեղծվում, թե սննդամթերք արտադրողն է մեղավոր:
Սննդամթերքի անվտանգության պետական ծառայության սննդամթերքի անվտանգության և որակի վերահսկողության տեսչության պետ Վահե Դանիելյանը վստահեցնում է, որ ծառայության կողմից իրականացված լայնամասշտաբ ստուգումների ժամանակ կաթնամթերք արտադրող ընկերությունների արտադրանքի մուտքը շուկա կասեցվել է:
«Դրանով մենք մեզ ապահովագրել ենք, որպեսզի որևէ շեղում ունեցող կաթնամթերք չմտնի շուկա: Խնդիրներ չունեցող կաթնամթերքի մուտքը շուկա թույլատրվել է, իսկ խնդիրներ ունեցողները ոչնչացվել կամ օգտահանվել են»,– ասաց Վ. Դանիելյանը:
Ոլորտի ղեկավարը թեև հրաժարվեց անուններ նշել, սակայն վստահեցրեց, որ դեռևս կան կաթնամթերք արտադրող ընկերություններ, որոնց գործունեությունը մինչ օրս կասեցված է: Այդպիսիք կվերսկսեն արտադրանք թողարկել ձեռնարկության թերությունները վերացնելուց, փորձնական արտադրանք թողարկելուց և այն լաբորատոր փորձաքննության ենթարկելուց հետո միայն:
Վ.Դանիելյանը վստահեցնում է, որ, ըստ էության, կաթնամթերքի շուկան անվտանգ է, բայց շատ կարևոր է, թե տվյալ սննդամթերքը ինչպիսի պայմաններում է պահվում: Մասնավորապես կաթ–կաթնամթերքը պետք է պահվի 2–ից 6 աստիճանում և մաքուր սառնարանում: Հակառակ դեպքում հնարավոր չէ երաշխավորել, որ այդ սննդամթերքն անվտանգ է: Եվ քիչ չեն դեպքերը, երբ սննդամթերքը խանութում է փոխում իր որակական հատկանիշները:
«Ես մի քանի անգամ հանդիպել եմ, երբ մատակարարի կողմից կաթնամթերքը խանութին հանձնելուց հետո այն մոտ 20 րոպե մնացել է դրսում: Այդ դեպքում խանութից պետք է պահանջենք, որ կաթնամթերքն անմիջապես տեղավորվի սառնարանում: Կան դեպքեր, երբ խանութում սառնարաններն են անջատում: Հարցնում ենք՝ ինչո՞ւ, ասում են՝ հոսանքը խնայելու համար: Այսինքն` մարդկանց կյանքի և առողջության հաշվին խանութները հոսանքի խնայողություն են փորձում կատարել և մի կողմից սպառողի առողջությանն են վնասում, մյուս կողմից` հարվածում տնտեսվարողի վարկանիշին: Հումքից մինչև պատրաստի արտադրանք շղթան այնքան մեծ է, որտեղ մենք խնդիրներ ունենք շղթայի գրեթե բոլոր փուլերում և փորձում ենք բոլոր խնդիրների համակարգային լուծումը գտնել»,– ասում է Վ. Դանիելյանը:
Նա նաև տեղեկացրեց, որ նախատեսվում է ծառայությանը կից հանրային խորհուրդ ստեղծել, որտեղ ներգրավված կլինեն տարբեր մասնագիտությունների տեր անձինք, որոնց համատեղ ջանքերով փորձ կարվի գտնել խնդիրների համակարգային լուծումները:
