143 հազար տոննա պտուղ-բանջարեղեն` 2015-ի ամբողջ տարվա 73700-ի դիմաց

Սեդա Ադամյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.
ՀՀ գյուղատնտեսության նախարարի տեղակալ Ռոբերտ Մակարյանը ներկայացրել է 2016-ի ընթացքում գյուղմթերքի արտահանումների և մթերումների ընթացիկ արդյունքները: 2016 թվականի ընթացքում մթերվել է 171 հազար տոննա պտուղ-բանջարեղեն և խաղող, այդ թվում` 40.300 տոննա բանջարեղեն, 20.900 տոննա պտուղ և 109.800 տոննա խաղող:
Կարևոր է, որ նախքան մթերումների գործընթացի մեկնարկը` վերամշակող ձեռնարկությունները գյուղացիական տնտեսությունների հետ կնքել են շուրջ 13 000 պայմանագիր, որի շրջանակում տրամադրվել է 282 մլն դրամի աջակցություն և բուժանյութեր:
Անդրադառնալով մթերումների դիմաց վճարումների կատարմանը` Մակարյանը նշել է, որ 2016 թվականին մթերվել է շուրջ 7 մլրդ դրամի պտուղ-բանջարեղեն, որից այս պահի դրությամբ վճարվել է 6,3 մլրդ դրամը կամ 83,6 տոկոսը: Մնացած գումարները, վերամշակողների հավաստիացմամբ, կնքված պայմանագրերի և վճարման ժամանակացույցերի համաձայն` կմարվեն առաջիկայում: Մակարյանն ընգծել է, որ խնդիրներ կան 2015 թվականին խաղողի մթերումների դիմաց վճարումների կատարման մասով: Այս պահին չկատարված պարտավորություններ ունեն թվով 6 ընկերություններ, որոնցից 5-ը մինչև տարեվերջ պարտավորվել են մարել պարտքերը:
Հատկանշական է, որ ընթացիկ տարում գյուղմթերքի արտահանման ցուցանիշները նախորդ տարվա համեմատ կրկնապատկվել են. դեկտեմբերի 21-ի դրությամբ հանրապետությունից արտահանվել է 143 հազար տոննա պտուղ-բանջարեղեն` 2015 թվականի ամբողջ տարվա 73700 տոննայի դիմաց: Նրա խոսքով` արտահանման ծավալների շուրջ 85 տոկոսը բաժին է ընկել տեղական գյուղմթերքի իրացման հիմնական շուկա Ռուսաստանի Դաշնությանը:
Անդրադառնալով գործող գյուղատնտեսական տոնավաճառներին` Ռոբերտ Մակարյանը տեղեկացրել է, որ Ամանորի նախաշեմին` դեկտեմբերի 24-ից մինչև դեկտեմբերի 30-ը, դրանք կգործեն ամենօրյա ռեժիմով: Նախարարի տեղակալը հավելել է, որ տոնավաճառներում հատուկ տաղավարներ կտրամադրվեն նաև ճամբարակցիներին` «Աշտարակ կաթ» ընկերության կողմից մթերած կաթի դիմաց տրամադրած ռոքֆոր տեսակի պանիրը իրացնելու համար:
Նշենք, որ չնայած հանրապետության համեստ տնտեսական աճի տեմպերին` գյուղատնտեսության ոլորտում դրական դինամիկան հուսադրող է: Կառավարության ծրագրում ևս գյուղատնտեսության ոլորտին կարևոր տեղ է հատկացվում՝ աշխատատեղերի ստեղծման, գյուղում տնտեսական ակտիվության և գյուղացու կողքին կանգնելու առումով։
