ԱԺ արտահերթ նիստը՝ ուղիղ. օրակարգում է «Պետական տուրքի մասին» օրենքում փոփոխությունների հարցը

Մեկնարկել է Ազգային ժողովի արտահերթ նիստը։ Օրակարգում է կառավարության հեղինակած «Պետական տուրքի մասին» Հայաստանի Հանրապետության օրենքում փոփոխություն կատարելու մասին օրենքի նախագիծը։

Նշենք, որ սույն նախագծով առաջարկվում է «Պետական տուրքի մասին» ՀՀ 1997 թվա­կանի դեկտեմբերի 27-ի ՀՕ-186 օրենքի 19-րդ հոդված 14-րդ կետի 14.1-ին և 14.4-րդ ենթա­կե­տե­րում «բազային տուրքի 100 000-ապատիկի չափով» բառերը փոխարինել «բազային տուրքի 500 000-ապատիկի չափով» բառերով: Այսինքն՝ օրենքի ընդունման դեպքում վիճակախաղերի և ինտերնետային շահումով խաղերի կազմակերպման համար տարեկան տուրքը 5 անգամ կբարձրանա՝ 100 մլն դրամից դառնալով 500 մլն դրամ: Օրենքն ուժի մեջ է մտնում 2017 թվականի հունվարի 1-ից:

ԱԺ այսօրվա նիստի օրակարգում նաև նախատեսվում է վավերացնել երեք միջազգային պայմանագիր՝ 2016 թվականի նոյեմբերի 30-ին ստորագրված Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կառավարության և Զարգացման ֆրանսիական գործակալության միջև թիվ CAM 1007 01 D վարկային համաձայնագիրը, Հայաստանի Հանրապետության և Ասիական զարգացման բանկի միջև 2016 թվականի նոյեմբերի 11-ին ստորագրված «Ենթակառուցվածքների կայունության աջակցության ծրագիր. երկրորդ փուլ (ընթացիկ գործառնություններ)» վարկային համաձայնագիրը և Հայաստանի Հանրապետության և Վերակառուցման և զարգացման միջազգային բանկի միջև 2016թ. դեկտեմբերի 9-ին ստորագրված «Զարգացման քաղաքականության չորրորդ վարկ» վարկային համաձայնագիրը։
