ՀՀ ԱԺ նախագահ Գալուստ Սահակյանը դեկտեմբերի 22-ին ընդունել է ՌԴ Պետական դումայի ԱՊՀ երկրների գործերով, եվրասիական ինտեգրման եւ հայրենակիցների հետ կապերի կոմիտեի նախագահ Լեոնիդ Կալաշնիկովի գլխավորած պատվիրակությանը: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ ԱԺ հասարակայնության և տեղեկատվության միջոցների հե տ կապերի վարչությունից:

Ողջունելով հյուրերին՝ խորհրդարանի ղեկավարն ընդգծել է, որ հայ-ռուսական հարաբերություններն ունեն ավանդական բարեկամության բազմադարյա եւ հարուստ պատմություն, որոնք ամուր հիմք են հանդիսանում երկու երկրների միջեւ գոյություն ունեցող ռազմավարական փոխգործակցության համար:

Գալուստ Սահակյանը ցավակցություն է հայտնել Թուրքիայում Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության արտակարգ եւ լիազոր դեսպան Անդրեյ Կառլովի սպանության կապակցությամբ: «Մենք դատապարտում ենք այդ հրեշավոր ահաբեկչական գործողությունը եւ կիսում ենք ռուս ժողովրդի վիշտը», - ասել է խորհրդարանի ղեկավարը:

Երկու երկրների միջպետական հարաբերությունների շարունակական զարգացման գործում ԱԺ նախագահը բարձր է գնահատել օրենսդիր մարմինների դերը:

Հայաստանի եւ Ռուսաստանի դաշնակցային ու ռազմավարական հարաբերությունների համատեքստում պարոն Սահակյանը կարեւորել է միջազգային խորհրդարանական կառույցներում համագործակցությունը եւ փոխշահավետ մոտեցումներով հանդես գալը:

Լեոնիդ Կալաշնիկովը, շնորհակալություն հայտնելով ջերմ ընդունելության համար, բարձր է գնահատել Հայաստանի եւ Ռուսաստանի միջեւ գոյություն ունեցող բարեկամությունը, միջխորհրդարանական համագործակցությունը, որոնք հիմնված են բարեկամության ամուր հիմքի վրա:

Զրուցակիցները հույս են հայտնել, որ երեւանյան նիստի ընթացքում հայտնած կարծիքներն ու առաջարկություններն իրենց նպաստը կունենան երկու պետությունների խորհրդարանների հետագա համատեղ աշխատանքների արդյունավետության բարձրացման գործում:
