ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազի ցուցումով Շամշադինի դիրքերից մեկում մահացած հայտնաբերված Արսեն Մխիթարյանի մահվան գործով քննչական փորձարարություն է իրականացվել, որի արդյունքները բավականին հետաքրքիր եւ ուշագրավ են: Այս մասին այսօր՝ դեկտեմբերի 22-ին, NEWS.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց Արսեն Մխիթարյանի իրավահաջորդի ներկայացուցիչ Նորիկ Նորիկյանը՝ նշելով որ այս պահին քրեական գործով ակտիվ նախաքննություն է իրականացվում:
«Մեր պահանջը բավարարելուց հետո այժմ ակտիվ նախաքննություն է ընթանում: Գործով քննչական փորձարարություն է իրականացվել մեր մասնակցությամբ, որի արդյունքները նախաքննական գաղտնիքի սկզբունքից ելնելով այս պահին չեմ կարող հրապարակել: Սակայն, կարող եմ ասել, որ մեզ համար բավականին հետաքրքիր արդյունքներ են արձանագրվել: Այժմ մի շարք այլ փորձաքննություններ են նշանակվել, մենք սպասում ենք դրանց արդյունքներին, ստանալուն պես, մեր դիրքորոշումը հրապարակային կհայտնենք»,-ասաց նա:
ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազի ցուցումով Շամշադինի դիրքերից մեկում մահացած հայտնաբերված Արսեն Մխիթարյանի մահվան գործով կատարվող նախաքննության վարույթը տեղափոխվել է ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի զինվորական քնչական գլխավոր վարչության հատկապես կարեւորագույն գործերի քննության վարչություն:
Ավելի վաղ NEWS.am-ը տեղեկացրել էր, որ Հայաստանի Զինված ուժերի Տավուշի մարզում (Շամշադինում) գտնվող զորամասերից մեկի մարտական դիրքում մահացած հայտնաբերված 19-ամյա ժամկետային զինծառայող Արսեն Մխիթարյանի մահվան գործով նախաքննությունից հարազատները դժգոհ են: Տուժող կողմի մոտ նախաքննական մարմնի նկատմամբ անվստահություն է ձեւավորվել, քանի որ Արսենի մահվանից մի քանի ամիս անց դեռ ոչ մի արդյունք չկա:
Արսենը ապրում էր Արմավիր քաղաքում, արհեստավորի ընտանիքում։ Նա Երեւանի պետական բժշկական համալսարանի ուսանող էր, սովորում է ատամնաբուժական ֆակուլտետում։ Նա երկու քույր ունի, որոնցից ավագը նույնպես սովորում է Բժշկական համալսարանում։
Նշենք, որ Արսեն Մխիթարյանի մահվան դեպքի առթիվ հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ ՔՕ 110-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի հատկանիշներով՝ ինքնասպանության հասցնելը:
Ըստ ՔԿ տվյալների՝ 2016թ. հուլիսի 3-ին՝ ժամը 10:30-ի սահմանում, ՀՀ ՊՆ N զորամասի մարտական դիրքում հայտնաբերվել է ժամկետային զինծառայող, շարքային Արսեն Մխիթարյանի դին՝ կզակի շրջանում մահացու հրազենային վնասվածքով։
