Ուսումնասիրելով Ազգային վիճակագրական ծառայության հրապարակած տվյալները՝ կարելի է փաստել, որ վերջին շրջանում Հայաստանի տնտեսական ակտիվությունը նվազում էր: Տնտեսական ակտիվության ցուցանիշները Հայաստանում նվազում են ընթացիկ տարվա մայիսից և անգամ հոկտեմբերին գրանցվել էր 7.8 տոկոսանոց նվազում:

Հանուն արդարության պետք է նշել, որ այս ամենի վրա իր ուրույն ազդեցությունն ունեցավ գյուղատնտեսական ցուցանիշների հաշվարկաման համակարգի փոփոխությունը: Հոկտեմբեր ամսին գյուղոլորտում արձանագրվեց 30 տոկոսանոց անկում: Այլ կերպ ասած՝ նոր կառավարությունը որոշել էր հստակեցնել տնտեսական բազան՝ համարելով, որ մինչ այդ գյուղատնտեսության ոլորտի ցուցանիշները ուռճացված են եղել: Այժմ ակնհայտ է մի բան, որ գյուղատնտեսությունը դադարել է աջակցել տնտեսական ակտիվությանը:

Հատկանշական է, որ այս ամենի ֆոնին նոյեմբեր ամսվա տնտեսական ակտիվության ցուցանիշը նախորդ տարվա նույն ժամանակահատվածի նկատմամբ գրանցել է աճ: Նախորդ ամսվա տնտեսական ակտիվությունը կազմել է 2.3 տոկոս: Գյուղոլորտում նույն ամսվա տվյալների համաձայն՝ նույնպես գրանցվել է արտադրության ծավալների աճ, որը 6.3 տոկոսով ավելին է, քան նախորդ տարվա նույն ժամանակահատվածի տվյալները: Նախորդ տարվա համեմատ նոյեմբերին 8.8 տոկոսով ավելացել են նաև արդյունաբերության արտադրության ծավալները: Վերջինիս աճի վրա ազդող հիմնական գործոնը հանքահումքային ապրանքների միջազգային շուկաներում տեղի ունեցած զարգացումներն են: Խոսքը, մասնավորապես, վերաբերվում է պղնձի գներին: Նոյեմբեր ամսին դրանք գերազանցեցին 1 տոննայի դիմաց 5000 դոլարի շեմը և հասան 5.8 հազար դոլարին:

Աճ է արձանագրվել նաև արտահանման, ներքին առևտրի և մի շարք այլ ճյուղերում: Այսինքն՝ տնտեսական ակտիվությունը 6 ամիս անկում գրանցելուց հետո տարեվերջից մեկ ամիս առաջ կանգ է առել: Թե ինչքան կպահպանվի տենդենցը, այս պահին դժվար է հստակ կանխատեսումներ անել: Հուսանք, որ այս դադարից հետո տնտեսական ակտիվության ցուցանիշը դեկտեմբեր ամսին կգրանցի աճ:
