Տիգրան Սարգսյանը եւ Վալենտինա Մատվիենկոն քննարկել են եվրասիական ինտեգրացման զարգացումը

Եվրասիական տնտեսական հանձնաժողովի կոլեգիայի նախագահ Տիգրան Սարգսյանը եւ ՌԴ Դաշնության խորհրդի նախագահ Վալենտինա Մատվիենկոն քննարկել են եվրասիական ինտեգրացման հրատապ հարցերը, ինչպես նաեւ Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության դերը գլոբալ տնտեսության մեջ:

Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրել են ԵԱՏՀ-ի մամուլի ծառայությունից, Մատվիենկոն նշել Է, որ ԵԱՏՄ-ն այսօր իրենից ներկայացնում Է ժամանակակից ինտեգրացիոն միավորում, իսկ դրա ստեղծումը համապատասխանում Է համաշխարհային տնտեսության միտումներին:

«ԵԱՏՄ-ն գրավիչ Է դառնում ոչ միայն Միության մեջ մտած պետությունների, այլեւ ուրիշ երկրների համար: Ուժի մեջ Է մտել Վիետնամի հետ ազատ առեւտրի գոտու մասին համաձայնագիրը, եւս 40-ից ավելի պետություններ հետաքրքրություն են դրսեւում ԵԱՏՄ-ի հետ համագործակցության հարցում: Հուսով եմ, որ այդ փոխգործակցությունը կընդլայնվի եւ թույլ կտա իրագործել Ռուսաստանի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինը հայտնած գաղափարը՝ եվրասիական լայն գործընկերության գաղափարը: Դրա համար կան բոլոր պայմաններն ու հնարավորությունները»,-ընդգծել Է ՌԴ Դաշնության խորհրդի նախա գահը:

Տիգրան Սարգսյանը շնորհակալություն Է հայտնել Վալենտինա Մատվիենկոյին այն ուշադրության համար, որը նա հատկացնում Է ինտեգրացիոն միավորմանը, նշելով, որ այժմ գոյություն ունեն ԵԱՏՄ-ի զարգացման մի շարք հիմնական ուղղություններ:

«Մեզ համար գերակայություն Է երրորդ երկրների եւ տնտեսական միավորումների հետ առեւտրատնտեսական հարաբերությունների հաստատումը, այստեղ ներուժ կա տնտեսական աճի համար: Եթե մեզ հաջողվի առեւտրական բանակցություններում հասնել այնպիսի ռեժիմների, որոնք հաշվի կառնեն մեր բիզնեսի շահերը, ապա ակներեւ Է, որ ակտահանման ծավալները կավելանան: Նման մոտեցումը կխթանի տնտեսության աճը ԵԱՏՄ-ի երկրներում, կօգնի ստեղծել նոր աշխատատեղեր»,-հայտնել Է ԵԱՏՀ-ի կոլեգիայի նախագահը:

Տիգրան Սարգսյանը հավելել Է, որ ներկայում ակտիվ երկխոսություն Է ընթանում Չինաստանի, Իսրայելի, Սերբիայի հետ, պլանավորվում Է բանակցություններ սկսել Հնդկաստանի, Իրանի, Եգիպտոսի, Հարավային Կորեայի եւ Սինգապուրի հետ, որոնք, նախագահի գնահատմամբ, պետք Է ավարտվեն առեւտրատնտեսական համաձայնագրերի ստորագրմամբ:

Խոսելով ներքին հարցերի մասին, որոնց վրա աշխատում Է ԵԱՏՀ-ն, Տիգրան Սարգսյանը կարեւորել Է ԵԱՏՄ-ի տարածքում խոչընդոտների ու սահմանափակումների վերացումը. «Մենք մշակել ենք այսպես կոչված «Սպիտակ գիրքը», որում ներառել ենք բոլոր այն խոչընդոտներն ու սահմանափակումները, որոնք ներկայում կան Միության պետությունների միջեւ: ԵԱՏՄ-ի երկրների կառավարությունների համաձայնեցված դիրքորոշումների հիման վրա մենք սահմանափակումների վերացման փուլային գրաֆիկ ենք մշակում»:

Կողմերը նշել են, որ համակարծիք են ԵԱՏՄ-ի շրջանակներում համագործակցության խորացման հարցում՝ գլոբալ տնտեսության մեջ դիրքերն ուժեղացնելու համար:

«Եվրասիական տնեսական միությունը մեր պատասխանն Է գլոբալ մարտահրավերներին, որը երկրներին թույլ Է տալիս առավելագույն չափով իրացնել կուտակված ներուժը: Ակներեւ Է, որ մեկ պետության շրջանակում դա անելն ավելի դժվար Է: Միասին մեզ համար ավելի դյուրին կլինի պատասխանել այդ մարտահրավերներին»,- ընդգծել Է Տիգրան Սարգսյանը:
