Ռուսաստանի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինը դեկտեմբերին 22-ին մասնակցելու Է Թուրքիայում ՌԴ-ի դեսպան Անդրեյ Կառլովին հրաժեշտի հետ կապված սգո միջոցառումներին, որն սպանվել Է ահաբեկչի կողմից: Այդ կապակցությամբ Ռուսաստանի նախագահի մեծ մամուլի ասուլիսը կկայանա դեկտեմբերի 23-ին: Այդ մասին, ինչպես տեղեկացնում Է «Արմենպրես»-ը, հայտնել Է պետության ղեկավարի մամուլի քարտուղար Դմիտրի Պեսկովը:

«Այն բանի կապակցությամբ, որ հինգշաբթի տեղի Է ունենալու Թուրքիայում սպանված Ռուսաստանի դեսպան Անդրեյ Կառլովի հուղարկավորությունը, նախագահը որոշում Է ընդունել տարեկան մեծ մամուլի ասուլիսը չանցկացնել այդ օրը»,-ասել Է Պեսկովը: «Նախագահը մասնակցելու Է սգո միջոցառումներին»,-հավելել Է նա:
