ՄԱԿ գլխավոր քարտուղարը կոչ է արել էմբարգո սահմանել Հարավային Սուդան զենքի մատակարարումների նկատմամբ

ՄԱԿ գլխավոր քարտուղար Բան Կի Մունը կոչ է արել էմբարգո սահմանել Հարավային Սուդան զենքի մատակարարումների նկատմամբ։ Նա հայտնել է, որ երկրում լիածավալ քաղաքացիական պատերազմ է, որը հետզհետե ավելի հստակ էթնիկ բնույթ է ստանում։ Բռնությունների համար նա պատասխանատու է համարել Հարավային Սուդանի իշխանություններին։

Հարավային Սուդանում նորից քաղաքացիական պատերազմ է սկսվել։ Սպանվել են տասնյակ հազարավոր խաղաղ բնակիչներ։ Տնտեսությունն ամբողջովին քանդված է։ Միլիոնավոր մարդիկ անօթեւան են մնացել։ Սով ու աղքատություն է տիրում։ Նման մռայլ պատկեր է նկարագրել ՄԱԿ ղեկավար Բան Կի Մունը։

Նա նշել է, որ հակամարտությունն արդեն էթնիկ բնույթ է ստացել։ Շատ առաջնորդներ խոսում են ատելության ու թշնամանքի լեզվով։ «Նման ողբերգական իրադրության համար պատասխանատու են բացառապես Հարավային Սուդանի իշխանությունները,- հայտնել է ԲԱն Կի Մունը,- Նրանք հուսախաբ են արել մարդկանց ու շարունակում են ամեն գնով կառչել իշխանությունից ու հարստությունից»։ Բան Կի Մունը մտահոգություն է հայտնել առաջիկա օրերին ընդդիմության ուժերի վրա գրոհ սկսելու՝ նախագահ Սալվա Կիիրայի ծրագրերի կապակցությամբ։

Բան ԿԻ Մունը հայտնել է, որ միջազգային համայնքը պետք է առաջնորդվի Հարավային Սուդանի ժողովրդի այլ ոչ թե նրա առաջնորդների շահերով։
